Sometimes I feel it. The girls of my family are a little odd; we keep active by walking downtown a lot, or taking strolls and going out with friends. Our legs are fine, but all the weight situates itself in the mid-section. In the long winter months, we start to look like tennis balls on a pair of chopsticks, ahahaha.
It was called "Power 90" by some trainer named Tony. He was about fifty or so in the video, but incredibly ripped. The workouts consisted of a small warm-up with stretches and a few easy moves, then it would get into cardio. Things like kicking, punching, sometimes running in place, that sort of thing. It takes about half an hour, maybe an hour, and you're sweating balls by the time it's done.
I remember being in track that year, so I was pretty prime. I thought I was hotshot and went for an advanced setting on the video and it felt like I died, ahahaha.
