Yeah. I always love the art my friends give me. It means more.

In a small saucepan, saute:
3 stalks chopped lemongrass
3 tablespoons whole black peppercorns
5 cloves garlic
1 tbsp fresh chopped ginger
2 red chilli peppers
1/2 tsp mixed spices (the one that has cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and such)

Add a good glop of Nuoc Mam, 120mL coconut milk, juice of 1 lime, a very very large dump of dried coriander, and stir well. Pour a little bit of this mixture into a baking dish, then put a place fillet in there, skin side down. Pour the rest of it over the top of it, put two more stalks of lemongrass in it, and put it in the oven until it's done.

Best served with rice and my cabbage recipe:

Chop up some choi sum and pak choi, put in a steamer, fill the bottom of it with: a good sized glob of Nuoc Mam, a tablespoon or so of sherry, and plenty of water; steam it till it's done.

Ah, it's Fish Sauce. But it's the thick gloopy sort of fish sauce, rather than the clear and runny kind.

trout.........Sora admits he doesn't like slamon.......well for some reason, except in salmon chowder.............and OMGOSH! Calm chowder is to DIE for! *drools*

I love my Mom salmon patties! And tuna noodle cassarole... but those both come from a can. I haven't had none canned fish in many years.

Sora just doesn't like the taste of salmon, but in salmon chowder, to Sora, it tastes JUST LIKE clam chowder....O3O
