I won my signature art as a page prize, but I usually don't get avatar art. I change it so often that I feel it would be slightly silly! But I do agree art is highly subjective. I would probably end up charging ridiculously low amounts for my art, because I wouldn't want to overcharge people... I don't have a tablet though, or any handy way to upload my art so I can't really do that anyways. :XD

usually they price it on what materials they use, or programs they used and their cost, and how much time it took to make that art.

That's true. I always spend WAY too much time on my art, because I'm a perfectionist. Except for the doodles I do in class. Of course, all that fidgeting doesn't always make it better!

If I was going to by art I would comparison shop a lot, and look at various prices. See if they actually delivered on their promises.

Oh! That reminds me, I want to get started on that TWEWY (The World Ends With You) fan art I was going to do.

If that was how it is in real life, then lots of artists would be selling all their art (no matter what size; ex. headshot, chibi, waistup) for $60 or something. o 3o;

Yeah, I would expect something that's worked on longer to be more expensive.
But I've seen someone price something that was crappy & digital higher than a piece that was pencil art & much much nicer.

It's so much fun! I'm borrowing it from one of my sister's friends though, so I have to give it back in a week or so. :sigh: Anyways, it's really fun and addicting. I finished the main game in a week, but the secret reports have taken a little longer because of Pork Tower. You should totally get started on it. :nod:
