AND GMT is Greenwich Mean Time and it is +0 -- so if EST is GMT -4 then you count four hours back. So if the raid is at 3pm GMT then in EST it would be 11am EST....

At least that is how it REALLY is, maybe the people planning this don't know what GMT really is...

I like power hour, but only when it gives me spanners.
