Well that's because they are trying to fix the glitch with them, so that they will be free.

At my boyfriend's house where I'm usually at we live on a highway with railroad tracks just walking distance away so it's always noisy.

My parents' house on the other hand is on a dirt road in a little township/village it's nicer here than in town at the other place XP

Oh same BSW! Though the highway we live on is in another just as tiny town but it doesn't have the best reputation... Country is much better! It's calming and you don't have to worry about as many animals getting hit my cars, namely pets...
