Just ask someone, but it isn't hard really. Just give a brief of what it's about, give the rules, display the prizes to be won and which place winner gets that prize. Also, give deadlines (i'd recommend a month or two) It's real simple.

I have a Wacom Intuos 3 tablet. I've had it for quite a few years (like 4 or something, I forgot xD).

Yeah, my tablet's the same. Intuos 3. Tho' my problem last night was with photoshop's ability to detect the pen pressure. Strange thing, I admit, but I figured out how to fix it.

Mine just flat out stopped working. The tablet no longer picks up signals through its USB cable.

idk i think the pen isnt working so well on the tablet of course i havent used it in a bit so it might be just me forgetting how to use it

I dream about to know how to drawing ^^ I try to do it but only digital in Inkscape - my hand doesn't do what i want so I must have possibility to draw straight lines and circles and move it ^^

the thing is about me i draw awesome on paper and pencil and oils and stuff but i was learning how to use photoshop to draw but then i lost my photoshop so i have to use gimp and its just not the same..

My favorite is Inkscape - did you see it?

Look into getting Paint Tool Sai. It's a program meant for drawing and cartooning. It isn't big or anything like photoshop, and it doesn't photo-edit like photoshop does, but it's a great little program. It's cheap too. Somewhere around 50-somethin USD. It's so much better than gimp too.

Just google Paint Tool Sai.
