I have a big bottle of buffalo sauce I like to put on all my plain food. Like topbasco, but little thicker. I put some in my chicken ramen to make buffalo chicken ramen

Ode - I'm 5'4" and had weighed around 110-115 for most of my late teens/early 20s, but when I gained those 20 pounds I freaked and thought I was fat. ;.; But my little gut has gone away, so I guess having teh lung sick isn't SO bad...

sometimes the weight comes off as inches because you gain muscle. THe goal is to get smaller so the scale wont matter as much- tape measure can be a better guide.
