I spend as I go, but usually at the end of my power hour, I can do a mission/go to the shed one more time, and idk if you get more during the power hour or not..

I've only gotten 15 spanners since my power hour ended...

Ouch. It seems to be the general consensus that those are hard to earn.

okay, I went upstairs and plugged my computer in but I didn't get to finish dinner. its still downstais.

When things are fixed, there's still going to be a problem.
Most people are spending all their spanners, so there won't be anybody to wreck the machines so that we can repair them, and then replenish them.
