Snow White is SUCH an amazing standalone movie, though!

It's the ultimate Princess tale, in my opinion.
(Also, I really wanted to read Gregory Maguire's Mirror, Mirror. Just because I love Snow White that much... And his fairy tale-inspired stories tend to bore me in theory, although I've never read a single one of them.)

Eh, Mirror, Mirror is okay. It's a slow read, though, and extremely bizarre, especially when it comes to the dwarves. I'd have to go back and reread it to explain it, though I feel like it will be just as WTF-worthy the second time. Anyway, later!
