Poet: This girl can barely do her job. Unfortunately, the dept. manager has no control over getting people hired. She simply does not have enough people to cover all the hours she needs. She needs more people who are actually available and do their job.

Our dept. manager has never liked her and absolutely loves me. Which is kind of sad because all I do is what is expected (outside of always being available to work).

I would like it more if it weren't centered so much on posting. I'm not the most social of people and I spend most of my time lurking, even here on Menewsha, so sometimes the events are difficult for me.

On the other hand they sort of force me out of my cocoon and give me a reason to post in threads I'd only lurked before.

I'm doing a lot better now that the rain has started here where I live and drop the temperature a good 5-10 degrees. *thankful*

Scribbled Lore: See, that's why I like the events. I like chatting with everyone here. <3 However, it really only gets this active during events, which is kind of disappointing sometimes.

When I first became active on Menewsha a few months ago there was a two week period where I dropped off the face of the Internet and when I came back two weeks later my regular threads hadn't gained more than a page, if even that! I was thankful because I didn't have a lot of catching up to do but still. Two weeks! A single page!

Scribbled Lore: Oh, I know the main TK thread gets slow sometimes. I usually don't have too much time between work and other things to get on that often but I make time for events. ^_^;

I can think of a bunch of things I could be doing or even should be doing but.. event items! It cuts down on questing when you get 'em the first time around.

When I first joined I thought I'd quest for all the EIs on Menewsha but now that I'm getting close to finishing my quest for the Halloween EIs I'm considering giving up questing. I've met really awesome people because of questing but I'd rather be donating and helping out others.

I could just check out your profile but it's more polite to ask and gives us something else to talk about so.. when did you join Menewsha?
