I haven't heard of Banana Fish in forever. Is it any good?

I thought it was absolutely amazing! The ending was very sad though. I was depressed last night after I read it. TT.TT

I found it very refreshing to read a yaoi where the couple didn't hook up in the first chapter. I very much enjoyed this, glad I read it.
