Its something you get for trading 12 of an item to someone. (12 spanners to saboteur, etc) you get the other teams toolset if you trade to them.

Shovel=gardener=trade them flowers
Wrench=saboteur=trade them Spanners
Hammer=Engineer=trade them gears

I was thinking about opening an art shop on here...not sure...I'm used to the way Gaia works...I'm not sure how things work on this site completely...I haven't been on enough and I didn't start that long ago.
