What kind of ice cream cake?

I didn't read twilight until I heard all the fights between the haters and the annoying fangirls of twilight. So I read them. They're okay. But they're not great at all.

I just love blueberries :D that's why I am so happy that Sweden is neighbour to Denmark, 'cause they got tons of them... and Strawberries every summer, I tell you, you can get full just by taking a walk in a Swedish forest in the summer :)

Terrena, The Host was a much better book by Meyer. That's her book that I actually like.

Oh gosh, there's really nothing better than a Scandinavian berry dessert. =D

granny, it was chocolate cake with vanilla ice cream in it. and there was a coating of chocolate ganache on it.
my mom made it and it was her first try for an ice cream cake. it's tasty, but there were a couple things she could work on and she agreed.
but it was way too rich, which is why we're still working on it.

@ tirethminet -- oo chocolate ganache would make that rich, but a lot of ice cream cakes do have frosting on them. Hmm.

we're such pastry snobs, we pick off your standard sugar frosting from cakes.
