Yeah the creams and grays are good ones. Yesterday I got myself some gray stuff.

Yeah I really like those colors as well. Sometimes I will get teal, white, and yellows for if I want to do something different. I also really like red and golds.

but then it's hard to match and I like having everything go with everything. I still have a few of those colors though, thanks to EI and CI's >.< So soooometimes I'll use them, like purple and gold fireflies with nailns flower that I have!

Yes and it was better than I thought it would be. I even made decent tips

It wasn't technically a full pay check but I worked longer hours my first three days so it almost is like a full one. July will be good because that is when they are busiest.

That's really great! I'm so glad this job is working out so well for you. It's great to have extra cash on hand, but not if you hate where you have to go get it

The job is great. I can work 6 or 7 days a week but only for four or five hours and have the rest of the day off. The couple who own the place are really great about making sure they pay fair wages, treat us well and are just good people. They even feed us lunches for free.

WHAT free food *envy* That's awesome to that it's just a little company that can know you and your personal situation rather then a huge corporation. If you need time off it's eaiser to get. I don't know about working every day though but I suppose if it's a short shift it's not to bad

Yes it is really nice. Plus the boss told me if there was anything to make the job easier to tell him and he would see what he could do. So about a week ago I mentioned something about placing a rectangle trash bin to one of the carts so we had a place to throw extra trash. Since it would be attached to the cart we wouldn't have to haul it around. The next day he had went out and bought one. I like him because I've learned that if he says something he actually does mean it.

I don't have to work everyday but if I want more money I can do it.

It feels like there are very few people who are on right now. Many threads are very dead. Kinda scary...

We have two different types of swiffer things. We have the dry ones and another one, not sure if it is swiffer brand or not. The frame is like a normal swiffer but they have these washable pads you can stick on them and we use a hardwood floor spray to clean. They are really nice. We don't use the erasers, just good ol cleaners and elbow grease, lol.

That's what i like is the pads, so much better then wasting tons of water and it getting all nasty in the mop bucket method. Oh really I like the erasers they take hair dye out of my counter tops super easy. Though I doubt anyone is dying there hair at a b&b XD

Yeah I don't think we would really need the erasers. The people who stay there are really clean for the most part.

One of the ladies I work with does henna tattoos. She showed me two she had done on herself and they are amazing. She is good at it. She offered to do one for me for free! ^-^ I am super excited. I have to get it somewhere hidden though cause of the job.

Yeah They don't really stay to long right? I tend to be fairly clean/busy on vacation and I'm rarely in the room unless it's to sleep/shower.

Oh I LOVE henna tat's so pretty yet impermanent! What about something on your back? Oh like little wings on your shoulder blades, or something like that, easy to hide and show off.

Some stay long but you're right on how most of them don't spend much time in their rooms. I think part of it to is we have more well off people staying there and they seem to be more respectful of the place. When I use to work at the cheep motel we came across all kinds of gross stuff. So far the dirtiest room had some dirt on the floor.

I'm not sure. I need to talk to her more and see what kind of designs she can do. I am thinking my arm maybe.

People that have expensive things are definitely more practiced in keeping those things nice.
Tweakers on the other don't give a shit. O.o There was this hotel strip when I used to live in a pretty bad area of colorado and there were dealers/meth heads there all the time and the place was trashed.
