That's not so bad! I was just wondering... Maybe if you were like 30 or something I'd start to get a little worried but seriously! My BF's sister is 30, still living at home, no boyfriend. She has a high paying salary job, a nice car, she can afford to move out. You can't get much more pathetic than that.
