Me too. I hate spending tons on clothing.

I also picked out four really cute handbags at 50 cents a pop. The lady has really good taste too as she loves the kinds with all kinds of compartments. I love purses.

----------

I love purses with all kinds of compartments too. Win! :D

Ohhh I wish I could go yard sailing more often. :D

Haha...oh man. I just have giant feedbag-like purses. I'm so bad about shoving everything in my purse.

Yah I tend to too...the bigger the purse, the more stuff I bring. And I'm the kind of woman who will think of EVERYTHING. People at work were constantly asking me for bandaids or pain meds. I would think of it all.

I once had fish food and a wrench in my purse at the same time. For seriously.

Haha, I know.
Well, see, I was teaching my biology professor's bettas to jump for food, so I had food in my purse for that. And then I had needed the wrench for something, and, well....it just sort of made its way into the purse.

LOL. Ok now that you explain it...it's not THAT bizarre but still I didn't carry tools around. Just my makeup supplies and a mini first-aid kit. You'd think I had my own kids at the time as I kept myself so prepared.

I was the dance team pseudo mom, so, yeah, I know what you mean there.
Dance team always means clear nail polish, makeup, bandaids out the wazoo, all types of pain relievers, muscle rub, hair bands, and bobby pins.
On top of all of the other crap.

I ended up getting a hand bag that was entirely too big in the long run. I turned it into my school bag/hand bag combo. :XD Now that I'm on break I just take my wallet out when I go.

I figure my handbag will just be the diaper bag come then. I'll get one big enough for all the baby's crap and my wallet and phone. :XD

How old are you Windy? 16? Or am I off?

If so, ten years you'd about be my age. ;) I told myself I always wanted kids by the time I was 26. She'll be born a couple months before my 26th birthday.

Become a step-parent, windy. It's the best of both worlds.

Yes, I'm 16. :3 17 in July! >w<

That's cute. :3 I'm planning on going into the medical field, so there's no way I'm having a kid in the middle of my studies.

That, and I want to travel and do stuff, before my priorities and responsibilities revolve around a kid. xD

Step-parent?

I'll have no problems balancing grad school and the baby, save for the first few months of getting into a routine and through the sleeplessness. :P But practicum and internships don't come until she's old enough to be in a daycare or with family for a few hours a day.

One of the things I'm most excited for is traveling with the kid. Money-pending, I want her to be as culturally accepting as possible and know that more life exists than just what's in this tiny town.

You'll be such an awesome mom, Chi!

I'm back, btw. Had to go wrap a plastic bag around the pool extension cord. Stupid rain.

Oh, I see. :]

I dunno, I don't like being weighed down by responsibilities and stuff.
Or that's probably just my teenager-mind talking. xD!

That's what I want for my kid too. I want them to be really open-minded and accept a lot of things that aren't like..."normal". They don't have to like it, but I want them to know about it. :]

Windy, in all fairness, at 16 you should be thinking about you and not about having kids. You've got a lot of stuff you wanna get done! Don't get bogged down 'till you're ready. :3~

And agreed. I won't shove my values down my daughter's throat, but I want her to be aware that other viewpoints exist and respecting them is key, with or without agreeing to them.

*tosses a towel to Steel* D:
