@Hermes, you post to recieve gears, flowers and spanners that are used on your ship to heal, power or damage- to use the items go to you HQ and link on the links in there, you can also get freebies from the shed and going missions

And correct, you can get gears, flowers, and spanners by posting. (and gold.)
You trade those three currencies for seeds (For event items), then you trade seeds for credits (which are used in the event store)

where can we change the flower and gears and driver stuff into seeds?
is that even possible.?

As an engineer you use gears in Gasket HQ to make seeds. Spanners and flowers you just donate, by my understanding. You should be able to get a second job though, if I'm not mistaken.
