@ Lady - Memorial day is an American holiday that's always on a Monday that is meant to remember past wars, but it's mostly seen as a 3 day weekend to take of work and have barbecues. :'DD

That is true of the memorial day unless you have family in the army/part of the army etc. Or in the case for my family, memorial day is the anniversary of the day my grandpa was buried and he was a vietnam/korean/WWII veteran. D: So yeah. It is important in my family.
