hello everybody! what is going on with Y'all on this fine evening/morning (it's 4 am, but I call every time between dusk and dawn evening, so I had to clarify)

Guh. It's 7am here, but since I usually don't have to be up for another 4 hours it feels like 4am. I'm tired and I haven't had coffee. My bed sounds like a nice place to be.....

well I can't sleep right now, strange things are going on, its a full moon, and I'm full of energy. I am tired, but I am also wide awake at the same time, if you know what I mean

I know how that feels. I have no choice about being up. I have to be off to work in 1/2 an hour.

oh. well it's like being worn out and full of energy at the same time. the two normally wouldn't be such a problem on their own, but together they're a pain in the ass, because not only can I not sleep, i can't make myself feel better either.

yeah. but it would suck less if I didn't start a new diet tomorrow, so now I'm starting a new diet during a full moon, on a day when I probably will have no sleep. damn, tomorrow's going to suck

Yeah. Ouch. You could postpone the diet a day or two. But I guess that would be cheating.

no I can't, cause the way this diet works, its not just a diet. I also have to take these drops 15 minutes before I eat, and that's supposed to help change your body's chemistry and speed up your metabolism. you take the drops for about a month, then you stay on the diet for another three weeks and you go off of it. its not for someone who just needs to lose 5-10 lbs, as while you're on these drops you lose between 1-2 lbs a day

The best diet I've found that works is the morning banana diet. : 3
