Playing games and posting longer posts gets you more money. On gaia they do actually somewhat spoil the users. This place makes you actually work for your money. So the longer the post the more money you get. The better scores on games the more money you get.

With the event going on you can go to the event forum and meet new people and the more you post, the more gold you get and you'll also earn event items and you'll have a clothed avvie in no time.
