"Don't worry. The windows are very small" Tara said and squeezed his hand. She climbed the tower then smiled as she looked over the country side and kingdom. "Oh Lethal it is beautiful" she breathed.

Lethal followed her very closely and didn't let go of her.
"It is very beautiful love, but not as beautiful as you." he said and kissed her gently.

Tara blushed and kissed him back. "YOu are too kind" she said smiling up at him. She yawned and put her head on his shoulder. "Can we go take a nap?" she asked wishing she could go on but felt like she was going to collapse.

"I'm only telling the truth love." he said and stroked her head as she placed it on his shoulder.
"Sure, I'm getting a little tired too." he said and held her close and began to swim back to their house.

Tara smiled up at him and kissed his cheek. "Oh and after we take a nap we can go to the bank so you can get those presents" she said smiling up at him. She yawned again and leaned more on him.

Lethal continued to swim and carried her in his arms. He kissed her forehead and nodded.
"Yes love...we can go there after we nap." he said and opened the door then closed it behind them. He swam over to their room and lay her down on the bed and he lay down close beside her.
"Now rest, I can see that you are tired." he whispered.

Tara nodded then cuddled close to him. "I think I am getting bigger too" she said sleepily then fell asleep. She never knew how tiring it was to be pregnant.

Lethal held her close and cuddled with her as she fell to sleep. He smiled and kissed her stomach and soon fell asleep with her in his arms.

Tara giggled in her sleep feeling him kiss her stomach. She smiled seeing Lethal, the baby and her living happily. She couldn't wait for the baby to be born. This child was the second best thing in her life second to Lethal.

Lethal dreamt of their adorable baby girl being born and how happy they both were. Her parents were very happy and threw what looked like a party or something, and his mother was holding Keira their child. Then a thought woke him.
I hope Tara doesn't die while giving birth to Keira... He thought and looked at Tara.

Tara woke smiling up at Lethal. "What are you thinking about?" she asked seeing a weird look on his face. It was like he was scared and happy at the same time. She put a hand on his cheek and kissed him softly. "You can tell me anything. Always know that" she said wanting to know what was on his mind.

"I was just thinking that I don't want to lose one of you in order to keep the other..." he said hoping she would understand what he was saying. Then without warning, he held her close and began to kiss her lovingly.

Tara looked at him slightly shocked then kissed him back. "Lethal you wont lose me. I am strong enough to have this child." she said pulling back slightly from the kiss but then kissed him again. She knew nothing could come of this other wise it would hurt the baby. But she would stop it if it got that far.

Lethal looked at her with loving eyes and held her close.
"I know...It was just a thought that occurred to me." he whispered and stroke her cheek with his thumb gently. He loved her and was going to make her happy every day of their life together.
"I love you Tara, and I love you too Keira." he said and kissed Tara's stomach before kissing Tara again gently.

Tara giggled as he kissed her stomach. "That tickles" she said then kissed him back. "I know. It has passed my mind too. But I am sure I will be fine and we will live for ever happily." she said and smiled up at him. "And we love you so much." she said and touched her stomach softly.

"Really? I didn't know mermaids were ticklish." he said and kissed her again.
"I'm going to make you and Keira happy...I'm going to keep you both safe and happy." he said and kissed her again.
He smiled at her and placed a hand on top of her's which was on her stomach.
"When will she be born? in nine months too?" he asked wondering if it followed the same human cycle.

Tara smiled up at him lovingly. "I know you will. And yes we are ticklish" she said and out her head on his shoulder. "I love you so much. I don't know what I ever did to deserve you" she said smiling up at him.

Lethal stroke her hair as she put her head on his shoulder.
"Well love...you captivated me with your eyes, and you comforted me when I was down, but most important of all...you loved me as much as I loved you." he said kissing her head.

Tara smiled up at him and kissed him lovingly. "Lethal you are so kind" she said smiling up at him. "What would you like to do now?" she asked and wrapped her arms around him tightly.

Lethal kissed her back and gently wrapped his arms around her waist.
"Love, I can get mean too...but I don't think I'll ever get mad around you." he said and kissed her head gently.
"What would I like to do now?" he repeated and began to think.
"Well, I guess I should go buy you and my mother your presents." he said.

Tara smiled and nodded. "Ok but you can't get the money with out me." she said taking his hand. She started swimming to the bank and once she was their she got money out for him. "Ok here you go. Don't be gone to long" she said and kissed him lovingly.

Lethal took the money and kissed her back just as lovingly.
"Don't worry love...I'll buy the gifts, drop of my mother's first and then swim back here quickly to give you yours." he said and kissed her again before swimming off to the jewelers.

Tara smiled then swam around looking for the baby store. She went in one and looked around. She found a few cute things for the Keria. She wondered what Lethal was getting her.

Lethal entered the store and began to look for a necklace and earrings for his mother. He was going to get Tara an engagement ring, and a necklace too. He continued to look around and found some gold earrings. They were crystal cut diamond rows that dangled down from a pearl and sparkled. Then he began to look for the necklaces and found one. It was a white gold necklace with a heart pendant whose bottom half was smooth in white gold and the top half had orange topaz, it reminded him of Tara's eyes. Lethal looked around for another necklace and found one. It was a gold necklace with a star pendant made of diamonds. It had a smooth gold bottom half as well, most necklaces were made that way. Now he only looked around for a ring. It was hard since there were many that he knew she would like but decided that it needed to match her necklace. He soon found a white gold ring with an orange topaz on it, it was beautiful and he knew that she would love it. He bought the items and began to go look for his mother.

Tara smiled then went back to the castle. She had a bunch of new clothes for Keria. She put them in the nursery then started rearranging it. She had gotten some decorations so she put them up and smiled at the new room. She then swam around the house and smiled at all the memories.
