People say lactaid doesn't really help a lot. I have heard that if your case it mild, nonfat milk will improve things over something like whole milk. O.o Which doesn't really make sense to me.

nope that doesn't make sense at all. i think most peoples real solution is to go to you know almond milk or something.

someone should take over. Ryeowook wasn't the one who started it. I feel like Leeteuk and Eunhyuk were the originals and Shindong did it for a point. So Leeteuk may take it back up.
