when you get as much business during lunch hour and you need to get as many people through as possible. yep definitely a thing.

lame, though we need that. People just chill in our drive thru sometimes and it's like...you finished your order a minute ago. Why are you still at the speaker box?

lol. this is also part of why we have face-to-face. we have two people taking orders on iPads (sometimes three given our level of busyness). a third sequencing (repeats orders and swipes credit cards before they ever get to window) and then we'll have someone pushing and someone in window. gets them through much faster and ensures better order accuracy since we don't have to fuss with how hard it is to hear over headset

our headsets are awful. Ours are worst than other stores plus our speaker is right by 1960. It's dumb.

ours are pretty bad. and they'll randomly just like. turn their own volume down and we have to start the whole system over again.

Which just sounds like a giant pain in the butt. :/

pretty much. especially since there is very few moments were we don't have at least 3 cars in drive thru.

I think skim over the demo tape and go to when they've got their first hint of interest. Have all the characters interacting then. I don't want to stall too long on the second half of our story.
