yeah but to me for it to count as sexy cute all or most their videos/songs/dances should be going for a mixture of the two. not just alternating between the two different styles.

I spent a while looking around at trees. I wouldn't be surprised if Barrett had no idea what kind of tree so you can always leave that Elias. I did consider Aspen, but those are mountain trees and the sort that are very tall before they start having branches. I was thinking maybe a beech, ash, or a willow. One of those other willow types besides the weeping willow though because everyone can recognize that.

yeah that's kinda the exact problem i have. i'm like as far as details go i'd only really gotten this far. outside of knowing how mad i want barrett to be once he figured out their mates, but i don't want that to happen soon. and i don't know what would make him realize that.

I'm not sure how Elias will treat Barrett now or where his thought process as far as mates is going. And at what point do we want that he's the artist to be revealed? And under what circumstances?

yeah. i still feel like the best move is for barrett to just kinda insert himself more into elias's life. like not necessarily intentionally but happening none the less.
i feel like that might be a good prelude to barrett figuring out that elias is his mate, so we might want to hold that off. but i feel like elias should show barrett at some point. cuz i don't know how i feel about him finding out about accident. so idk.

probably. I'm going to end up thinking on it tonight and tomorrow.
I'm okay with any way it comes out, but I'll have to figure out how to get things going in such a way that Elias will share willingly if we go that way because it seems right now that that scenario is unlikely.

and i really want them to be at a really comfortable place with each other before barrett realizes. like. my character is an idiot. and he's going to be fully, deeply in love with elias before he even begins to go. 'oh hey maybe he's my mate'
so highly unlikely but it feels the much more poignant and appropriate route for them

He's already halfway down that path. haha.
Yeah. I'll see what I can think up. It may take some effort to put this story all in order because it really does all need to be perfect. I don't really want to wing that much of it.

he is. but we need to get him completely sunk. and maybe get elias most of the way there too. whether he wants to admit it to himself or not.
me either. i'm okay with intensely planning as much as we need to this story. they're thinky characters, so they require more thinking and doing to get it right.
oh and how do we want to get Davvin and tavis's wedding in?

Oh definitely. Elias needs to be right there next to him. That won't be as hard as we'd think though since he's mostly just stubborn and already falling especially now that he knows it.

sounds like a good plan. i feel like i want Tavis. not so much Davvin. in the story twice. like i feel like Tavis may be the perfect one to kick elias's ass into gear of accepting things. but i also think barrett needs to meet those two.

Yeah, I think I mentioned before wanting to have Elias and Tavis talk on the phone, possibly as part of the inviting to the wedding thing, but we can string a good long get your life together conversation into that too. That gives me some things to think on and where to place the call and wedding in relation to relationship events in the story.

haha yeah. cuz timing on that has to be right. especially considering for wedding we definitely need elis and barrett to have moved into relationship zone, which means late in the story if not at the very end. call could be either before or after barrett confronts him about it though.

also i feel like we need to timeline this whole universe. especially these three fics. like figure out where things over lap. where they're separate especially since unavoidable bonds and healing bonds take place at similar times but their definitely a bit off from each other
