and there voices haven't really settled yet. but if they're good dancers at that age, a voice can be taught.

I guess they do, but it's nowhere near as bad as Nell. I don't think they had a single happy song until their album Escaping Gravity.

most definitely. cuz young stars pretty much get a license to go crazy over here, but they're held to such strict standards over there (which honestly makes so much more sense. like what about letting celebs, especially young ones, go crazy makes sense)

That's my opinion too. The perfect system doesn't exist, but maybe it's because we've lived in our own already that we can look at something very different and see the greener grass.

I'm usually pretty sick of America too. I bet other countries are fed up with us too. But there are still foreigners that really like how America is.

watching the Germany vs USA youtube series was very interesting. The German guy mentioned some things as good points about America that I wouldn't expect.

hm like what things in particular do you remember?

Well, apparently Americans are friendly. We like to talk so it's easy to just do small talk and waiters are very attuned to what customers want. Customer service in general is always competitive here so way better than in some European countries. Everything is prompt which is both good and bad. Apparently brand names are WAY cheaper here too. And we put our traffic lights on the other side of the intersection which makes sooo much more sense.

hahahaha interesting things to note.
i knew the talkative and friendly thing, which is weird. we're a loving culture but only about in the midway compared to others. (non-loving is like Finland, super loving is Mexico). But for all that we are NOT a touch friendly culture at all.

I've heard that German's are very gracious hosts and people who have traveled overseas would say that's one of the better places to be. But German's are very not talkative. Small talk would be weird, so it's a formal friendliness. Spain and Italy are going to be real friendly too I think. French get a rep for being rude. I didn't see it much, but another person at work said they got it.
