"Very true." Matthew laughed softly before hearing what sounded like kissing noises behind a tree they were approaching. Looking behind the tree, Matthew saw Nashita and the Hufflepuff from the library with their lips occupied.

Trying to slip away discreetly, Matthew stepped on a stick causing both Nashita and the Hufflepuff to turn. "Oh, sorry." He said quickly as both he and Nashita's faces turned red.

Leane giggled softly as she smiled at Nashita and the boy, giving them a small nod in greeting, "Hiya, we were just passing through on a walk. Sorry we disturbed you, we'll be on our way then," Leane added with a wink at Nashita with a teasing smile before giggling a bit more and leading Matt a bit farther down the path. "They're so cute together!" Leane whispered for only Matt's ears as they put about a yard between them and Nashita.

"Guys." Nashita called as she caught up with the couple, linking her arm with Leane's. "Thank you so much for being here right now. I didn't know how mch longer I would've lasted." She rambled on, her cheeks flushed. "I swear that boy has more arms then an octopus. Wretched Hufflepuff if I've ever seen one." She sighed. "Hope you don't mind me crashing you're time together. I'll leave when we're a same distance away." She smiled shyly.

Leane laughed as she hugged Nashita and placed a kiss upon her cheek, "That's alright, you really are adorable sometimes, so I'll forgive you just this once. But I thought you liked this octopus though? What happened?"

"He turned into an octopus." Nashita said, wrinkling her nose. "Its repulsive really. He was interested in one thing and it wasn't how smart I am." She sighed, resting her head on Leane's shoulder. "Maybe he'll just move on if I ignore him long enough." She laughed softly before looking behind her at the staring Hufflepuff.

"Or perhaps you should talk to him and tell him you're not into that. Perhaps he'll change? If not you can always come to me and I can curse him for you," Leane suggested with a smile with a wink up at Matt, "As long as Matt approves?"

Matthew laughed as he wrapped his arm around Leane's waist. "No looking for excuses to curse people." He chided with a teasing smile.

"I'm just going to break it off." Nashita sighed. "There has to be someone out there who isn't an octopus." She said before looking back over Leane's shoulder. "And I'm clear." She smiled happily before unhooking her arm from Leane's. "I'll see you two at dinner. If you show up that is." She teased with a wink before disappearing on the path to the library.

Laughing, Leane snuggled close to Matt as she wrapped her arms around his waist, looking up at him innocently as she spoke, "You have to admit, he does deserve a good curse or embarrassment for treating Shita like that. At least she's bouncing back well, though," she added with a smile as she walked on her toes for a bit to placed a couple tender kisses upon Matt's lips.

"Very true." Matthew laughed against Leane's lips. "But I think Nash can defend herself pretty well. So you have to promise me no jinxing octoboy." He said, only half teasing her.

"Would you be terribly angry if I told you I already had a plan in mind?" Leane said with a sly grin as her lips trailed across his jaw and down to the base of his neck, "It's a bloody good one, if you ask me."

"You're not going to jinx that Hufflepuff boy." Matthew chided. "Promise me you won't." He said as he stopped Leane's lips and looked her in the eyes. "Nash would be humiliated if you did." He reminded her.

Leane sighed as she placed a tender kiss upon his lips, "Oh alright, I promise I won't harm him. I don't wish for both of you to be angry with me. I give you my word, I will not do a thing unless Nashita wishes it."

"You will not do a thing because Nashita would never ask that of you." Matthew laughed as he kissed her temple and continued walking. "But good try at finding a loophole." He winked.

Leane laughed as her lips returned their attentions back to his neck for a number of tender kisses. "Oh very well," Leane murmured teasingly against his neck between kisses, "I still say it was a bloody good idea, though. But if you insist on my being a good girl, then that is what I shall do; behave for once in my life," Leane added with one last kiss upon his neck before resting her head upon his shoulder once more.

"Let me guess," Matthew pondered as they continued to walk. "You were going to make him resemble an octopus?" He guessed. "Or maybe give him tentacles? Give him boils?" He asked before looking down at Leane.

Leane laughed as she looked up at him, "That was one option, but hardly seemed proper. I was thinking something more along the line of social humiliation, so that all girls would know what was truly behind that congenial demeanor of his."

"That's horrible, Leane." Matthew chided though he was amused by her idea. "But I'm sure that if the boy needs to be jinxed that Nashita will be more then happy to jinx him herself." He said.

"Perhaps," Leane grinned as she placed a tender kiss upon his lips before settling back into his frame, her temple resting against his shoulder, "But if she needs any ideas, she knows who to ask," she teased as she gave his hand a gentle squeeze, "But enough about that, dearest, let us talk of something more pleasant."

"Like that we're done pruning leaves in Herbology?" Matthew asked with a grin. "The next task will probably be much worse but at least that's over with." He teased.

Leane laughed as she rolled her eyes playfully, "I can't say I hated it too much, dearest. It gave me a reason to talk to you and have you near me without getting in trouble," she teased with a wink. "Perhaps I should start failing Herbology in order to have you help me?" Leane suggested with a wicked grin, "It would give us many excuses to stay out late, not to mention 'fall asleep' while 'studying'," she added with a laugh.

"You're a terrible schemer." Matthew laughed. "But you don't really need an excuse to stay out with me." He said with a smile before pressing a kiss on her temple. "And maybe you should stop failing classes just to spend time with people you have a crush on." He teased. "Its a bad habit, love."

"Perhaps," Leane said with a laugh, "But can you blame me for wishing to spend a lot of time with you?"

.

"No, I guess I can't." Matthew grinned as the outline of the greenhouse became visible. "I am pretty amazing. And it looks like this path is a round about way to Herbology." Matthew shrugged as he narrowed his eyes slightly to make out the image of the greenhouse ahead of them.

"You are pretty amazing," Leane teased as she placed a tender kiss upon his neck just below is ear before resting her head upon his shoulder and following his gaze with a sigh, "Well that isn't much fun. Shall we try a new path and see where it leads us?"

"Sounds like a plan." Matthew shrugged as he veered right onto another dirt path around the grounds. "As long as we don't get lost." He laughed softly as they continued to walk.
