"Hey... Are you okay?" Alora asked with soft eyes as she walked over to Ratchet slowly, unsure, what if he didn't want her near him right now? He wouldn't smile at her like that then... he would have told her... right?

He nodded a bit, "Yeah...don't worry...I'm okay..." He sat up turning to her moving closer to her. He patted the bed next to him smiling at her. He wasn't totally fine but he was well enough.

Alora nodded though knew he wasn't saying the full truth in what he told her. She smiled slightly and walked over to sit next to him and couldn't help but smile up at him slightly. She loved him and she knew it... no matter what she knew she had fallen for him... and fallen hard at that...

He smiled back at her kissing her deeply and unafraid of who would see. The kiss felt bitter-sweet. He loved it but the memory of how it was earned made him want to cry. He didn't though. He wouldn't let himself.

Alora kissed him back right away though could automaticly feel the pain that the kiss brought up as she kissed him back. After a moment or two she couldn't stand it anymore and had to pull away looking at him softly and worriedly. "Ratch... why do you do this while you're still hurting? I can feel that you're still hurting... maybe... maybe we should just give it time? Let this calm down some... I don't want you hurting..." she whispered softly her eyes very soft as she looked at him lovingly.

He smiled softly nodding his head as he hugged her gently. "All right...but I want to stay close to you right now...I need you with me Alora..." He said softly looking up at her desperately.

Alora nodding and hugged him back and leaned her head against his chest. "As long as you don't start seeming to be more upset I couldn't think of anywhere else I'd want to be." she smiled softly slightly surprised those words came out... though they made her smile.

Ratchet smiled holding her close, "I love you Alora..." he said softly breathing her scent in as he held her. He didn't want to let go. He had waited to long to say those four words. He smiled shivering.

Alora smiled widely as she looked up at him happily. "I love you too." she smiled and wondered slightly why he shivered... though she didn't want to ruin the moment so she didn't ask. She did love him and she'd do just about anything to make him happy... though she guessed she would draw the line at some point.

Ratchet smiled and couldn't resist giving her a small kiss, "Good because I don't know what I would do if you didn't…" He smiled but in his eyes were years of sorrow.

Alora smiled and kissed him back though saw the look in his eyes and couldn't help but ask. "Ratch... what's wrong... you just... you just seem like there's something that's bothering you... what if you don't mind me asking?" she asked softly as she looked up at him lovingly. She was truly worried about him and feared slightly that she had done something wrong... what could she have done wrong?

"It's nothing wrong…" He began as he chose his words carefully. "It's just…I never realized…just how happy being in love would make me. I didn't know that admitting it would just…bring this sense of life…it's scary…" He said softly.

Alora smiled slightly and was slightly releaved that she hadn't done anything and nothing was bothering him. "I understand that... somewhat. It's odd... now anyway. Now thinking about your words before... it's odd. I can't take what you said then seriously... and I also can't think that all of that was real... that first week or two... now it just doesn't seem real." she said softly and couldn't help but lean close to him and nuzzle his neck softly and lovingly.

"It was though....that....that wasn't really an act either...." He frowned looking at her. He didn't know how she would react to that. He didn't want to scare her but it was the truth. He liked it rough, love or not.

"I know it was... I know how real it was though now... It just doesn't seem so real... So much has changed... Yet one thing I wouldn't mind if it hadn't..." Alora said softly as she looked up at Ratchet then had to look down and away as she grumbled the last part almost unaudobly half not wanting him to hear and yet half wanting him to hear her... She knew what she was miising would be what he was missing... The roughness... She had originally hated it but now... She missed it some. The gentalness was nice but it was forgen to her and her body.

He smiled bit looking at her. "Really now?" He drawled looking at her, the was a small dark glint in his eyes. "that is fine with me…" He said. "Not now of course but…" He smiled kissing her possessively.

Alora blushed some as he spoke... He heard her... Of course he heard her! She loved feeling him kiss her and she kissed him back again meating his possessiveness with willingness... Just as she had the last time. Her eyes drfted shut while she slowly and hesitently pulls her arms around his neck kissing him back lovingly.

He smiled kissing her for a while but then slowly let her go. "As much as I would love to I can't....not right now...but soon Alora..." He smirked kissing her roughly, "Soon Alora..." He smiled looking at her.

Alora smiled and nodded slightly still blushing a little bit. "Okay... you know... I kinda think it's ironic that.... I like the roughness. origonally I hated it... then you took it slow... and I loved that... though I think I was missing the roughness." she smiled with a slight blush from admitting this to him out loud. She did love him being gental and how... different and wonderful that was but she also found herself really liking the roughness... it baphled her really

He smirked looking at her. There was the familiar dark gleam in his eyes. "This pleases me..." He said softly as he looked at her. "Many people find roughness pleasurable...so it's normal..." He said his eyes flashing as he watched her.

Alora blushed just a bit more as she heard Ratchet and smiled just a little. She hadn't seen that look in his eyes for quite some time and it felt weird a bit... like it was tugging on something inside of her. She didn't know what but there was just something about that look that unsettled something in her and she just didn't understand... she knew he wouldn't hurt her like he had before but her body still had a bit of that mind set... he had beaten that into her too well it seemed.

He smiled giving a bit of a yawn. "Ah...well I think it's time to sleep now..." He smiled looking at her, "Your free to stay in the bed....with me..." He smiled darkly at her.

Alora listened to Ratchet then as an automatic reation to his words and the smiled she shivered some. Slowly she nodded some and it seemed that she wasn't really bothered in the least with this... with the idea or even the thought of someone accidently coming in on them... not that she thought anyone would or that this would even lead to that since he said they couldn't right now... though he also said soon... she didn't think that anything would get started right now though. Thruth be told she liked sleeping with Ratchet... correction... she loved sleeping with Ratchet, with him close to her... not just something warm but also something that she could love.

Ratchet moved quickly to put the covers down as he crawled under the covers. He looked at Alora expectantly waiting for her to get under as well. He was loving the liberation he was feeling at being free.

Alora smiled some and got under the covers with Ratchet and curled to him loving being so close to him without worrying about others seeing. She was only too happy to be laying with him and really it confused her. She had been sleeping in here for quite some time thanks to the fact she had gotten injured and she couldn't really be moved... though she never felt like this. She was happy now with this though in the back of her mind there was something screaming for her to not trust Ratchet for he had been the one to kill Calence... though she didn't listen. Now Ratchet seemed to mean much more to her then Calence had and would ever mean to her.... it's one cruel twist of fate that led her to loving Ratchet... cruel because it was also irronic that he had killed her almost lover and now he would be her lover.
