Kisha cocked her head to one side. "Why the smirk?" She was actually curious.

(ooo, they're getting short. Sorry!)

He shook his head a little. "No real reason. It's just funny. She's a fun kid, and here we are about to kill her to make her join us." he said, finding it slightly ironic.

( It's okies. ^ ^- *offers cereal* )

Kisha stopped walking. She was doing the thinking type of frown. "I know how you feel. Can I be honest with you?" Her voice dropped. "I really really hate this killing business."

(yay! *takes some cereal* Thank you! :) )

Damien paused as well, lookiing back at her in curiousity as he nodded, to let her continue. At her news, he chuckled lightly. He had figured that much, from the times she'd hesitated for kills during the years. He knew how she felt, or to be more acurate.. Had known how she felt. "You do? Well, why can't you leave then? You could leave the killing behind." he offered.

Kisha looked at him with that 'your dense' look on her face again. "I just can't. Maybe because 'someones got to show the new hunters around.'" She smiles at him. "Besides, its always nice to have a familar face to talk to and turn to while your still here, as a newbie."

He smirked a little. "Touche." he muttered, nodding. "Though, you shouldn't stay dong something you hate, just cause of that." he said. "It is a little true.. The last statement." he added, shaking his head. Damien started to walk again toward the stairs, seeing them up ahead. "And yes, I am pretty awesome." he teased, smirking again as he glanced back at her to see if she was following.

Kisha growled at him. "I didn't say that was the reason I'm still here. Just maybe. And who said you were awesome?" She raised her eyebrows at him. Then she saw the girls up ahead, the Laurette one being awake.

He just smirked, shrugging. "Of course." he said, his tone obviously teasing. "It didn't have to be said." he answered before heading down the stairs. "Good. She's awake." he said, smirking.

Kisha just rolled her eyes at his comment and followed him. "Why yes she is. OOO! Can we scare her? Just make her jump out of her skin type of thing? It'd be fuuuu-un!"

Damien chuckled, nodding. When they were halfway down the stairs he looked at her as he motioned with his arm to give her the go ahead. Since, speaking right now might give it away. She seemed excited to do it, so he'd give her the honors of having first scare. He'd be right behind her.

Laurette scoffed a little, staring down at the girl. It didn't seem like she would wake up soon. She stood up and brushed herself off. That's right.. I don't have my coat anymore. It's a little chilly. Limping a little to the counter, she leaned against it and took a moment to catch her breath. Her body felt sore and she wasn't sure what was happening anymore. She hated being the weak one. In this situation, she definitely was at a disadvantage. She was unarmed, and her head felt horrible. Her body tensed up when she heard footsteps near the stairs behind her. She heard the faint sound of a girl talking, but couldn't tell if it was her imagination or not.

Kisha grinned and then was completely silent. She went invisible to the living eye. She crept completely silent up to Laurette, her form changing as she went. Not just fangs and long claws, her face became more ghastly as well. She knew just what she wanted to do. She began circling around Laurette and the girl. She would flicker in and out of being seen, making sure she was visible when Laurette could see her. As she went, her demon voice echoed and got more intense as she spoke. "Death....Blood...kill...mayham...flesh...heart... bloooood...MINE!" When she said the last word she was behind Laurette and grabbed her shoulders as she said it. If the girl were to look at the hands, the skin would be translucent and the claws seemed to have blood dripping from them.

Damien sniggered silently as he too went invisible, following her a few steps behind. As soon as she started the whole circling thing, he went over to the window and made that long scratching noise as he dragged his claws down the glass. He was amused by how she seemed to really get into it. Looking at Laurette he tilted his head, wondering how she'd take it. Kisha was pretty convincing, but she had seen the two earlier.

Laurette had been caught off guard, and a small gasp escaped her as she abruptly turned around and stared at the figure behind her. Her face expressed a bit of surprise, but her eyes were calm. She felt her heart racing, and pressed her back up against the wall. The sound at the window made her cringe. Laurette inspected the figure closely, but due to her poor eyesight, that was nearly impossible. "That was good, hunter.. " She said calmly, ready for a fight if the creature suddenly decided to attack her.

Kisha was laughing so hard, she bent over double, gasping for breath. Well, not really since she doesn't need to breath but its the idea that counts. When she straightens she's back to normal, teeth just finishing retracting. "That...was hilarous. So-sorry Laurette." She still laughed.

Damien laughed as well, grinning as he went up right next to her and materialized before asking, "Did'ya miss us?" He was still letting out small chuckles, his eyes highly amused since he could hear her heart pounding. He was more amused though by the fact that Kisha was still laughing.

Laurette looked at the two laughing. For a moment she was taken aback, and she wasn't sure how to react. She felt relief inside, but she wasn't sure where it came from. She smirked at them both and walked a little closer to them. "Ha-ha. Very funny, you two. If I had powers like that, I'd scare the hell out of you too." She said, making a face at them. She smiled calmly afterwards, and looked up at Damien when he materialized beside her. "It's funny how I'm happier to see a pair of hunters rather than my own human companions." She said and chuckled a little.

Kisha raised an eyebrow. "Really? That does sound rather twisted. Of course, nothings ever sane here." She looked at the girl on the floor. "That Aysel? Should we try waking her up?" She got a mischevous grin on her face again.

Katie looked back at Airx and went over, giving him a hug in an effort for him to turn human again."I killed him to please you, so are you pleased?"She asked, kissing the top of his wolf head.

Damien chuckled, shaking his head. "Well, it could be due to the fact that we're not going to lie to you, and we're just that awesome." he said, sounding slightly cocky before looking at Kisha, nodding. "Yeah that's her, and.. I suppose you can wake her up." he said, shrugging.

Laurette hopped onto the counter, swinging her legs back and forth a little. "Maybe you're just my type of people.." She said softly, mostly to herself. She wondered if her becoming a hunter would be such a problem. Killing had not been new to her, though she did not enjoy doing it. She wasn't one to trust people, either. Yet.. She didn't want to give up when she had a good chance of winning. "She's out cold." Laurette said again, this time a little louder. She was looking to the ground, her mind wandering. Would she have to kill that girl in order to win a silly game? If it came down to it, she knew she would fight to the death.

Damien almost sighed at the news. "Damn. Why did the people have to ruin the fun?" he asked, leaning back against the wall. He had wanted to see how far they could have actually gone. And he wanted to see their reactions to Mason's death. Looking back at Laurette, he smirked slyly. "You want to find out if you're more suited to being a hunter?" he asked.

Laurette turned her head to look at him and raised an eyebrow. "And how would I go about doing that?"

He raised his own eyebrow before smirking lightly. "You turn into one of course. We can kill you. promise it'll be painless, well.. At least quick." he said, since he remembered they don't really have such a thing as a real painless method.

Laurette chuckled slightly and looked down, sighing. "It sounds great when you say it. Being a hunter, having powers, not having to worry about getting killed by mere humans.." She trailed off a little and smirked, lifting her head up and looking at him. Her eyes seemed to shimmer in the dim light. "But don't think you can get rid of me that easily." Her voice was playful, but she was serious. She couldn't just accept death, even if it was something that she had longed for more than once. She felt like the idea he suggested sounded too simple. Too easy. Like an escape.
