Monty noticed this, suddenly frowning, but said nothing. He'd have to make sure this boy ate more. Maybe if he stuck around and made him eat, then he'd be healthier.

Emy looked away for a moment, then nodded slightly as she moved to kiss his cheek softly. "If you don't want to...I'm ok with that." Then she gently removed her hand and moved back slightly. Figuring that he didn't want her touching him now since she'd basically embarrased herself.

Archie hadn't been eating well for a long, long time, since he didn't like to hunt for himself. But he hadn't been eating many plants, even, since his mate died. He sighed, resting his head on the rock. His tailfin flicked back and forth absently.

Léan reached out and took her hand again, looking apologetic. "...I...don't like the idea of doing anything while we're near the two of them," he clarified, nodding his head in the direction of the rocks, where Monty and Archie were just barely visible.

Monty didn't like the way he looked...knowing only someone who'd gone through something terrible would react by just not eating. He sighed softly to himself then stretched, trying to look either tired or bored.

Emy looked at him for a moment, then nodded slightly. She looked slightly happier, but still sort of down. She had kind of excited herself and now that she couldn't....release that excitement, she was sort of depressed.

Archie tilted his head at him when he sighed. "Are you bored? Do you want to play a game or something?" he suggested, curiously.

Léan seemed to catch wind of that, since he looked quite awkward all of a sudden. "...If you really want to do something, we can move farther away, until they are out of sight and earshot..." he relented, finally.

Monty blinked slightly, then smiled a little. "If you have any ideas."

Emy blushed, then shook her head slightly. "Its fine..." She did want to, but she could tell that she'd made it very awkward...she needed to learn how to hide her urges.

Archie glanced out into the distance, thinking, and noted that Léan looking his way. He and his brother must have had some sort of twin-sense, because he seemed to know exactly what was going on. "There's a little mini-coral reef nearby. We can play hide-and-seek."

Léan shrugged. "We can. I'm fine with it," he soothed, nodding. He looked away from where his brother was, once he knew he'd gotten the message.

Monty raised an eyebrow, then nodded slightly. He hadn't played hide-and-seek...since he was little. "Sure, why not."

Emy couldn't help but be a little more upbeat, knowing that she could have the love of her life all to herself again. The end of her tail was flippin around slightly of its own accord.

"Okay, this way!" Archie led the way off of the rocks, in the opposite direction from where Léan and Emy were.

Léan did some more sniffing, and then led them deeper into what Archie had established as his territory. "Tell me when you see a place you like. We can stop there."

Monty just chuckled softly after watching him for a moment. Then he headed off towards where he was going, totally oblivious to the fact the other two were gone.

Emy smiled slightly to herself as he went, then nodded slightly. "Ok..." As she looked around, she smiled when she saw a little area with a tall seaweed an odd formation of rocks, no doubt holding at least one cave. "How about there?"

Archie led him to a small, but extravagant-looking coral reef. There were many unique colors of coral here, despite it being just twenty or thirty feet long. "Don't hide in the cave rimmed by purple coral...there's a really mean eel that lives in there," he warned.

"We should check if it's occupied, first," Léan stated, attempting to peer in through the seaweed. When he couldn't, he edged a little closer. He sighed, contently. "It seems to be empty. After you."

Monty was a little breath-taken by the coral, staring at it. He blinked slightly and looked at Archie after a moment. "Got it. Mean eel in purple rimmed coral."

Emy waited a little impatiently, then smiled, taking his hand and rushing into the seaweed.

"Okay. I'll count first--I like seeking. You go and hide!" Archie seemed to be a bit more upbeat and hyper, now. He was a complete wuss when it came to most things, but he was a cheery person. He was just going through some rough times.

Léan followed her, or rather was pulled by her, into the seaweed. He picked a fine place to settle down, looking around to make sure there wasn't anyone else around.

Monty grinned slightly when he saw how much more cheery he was, then nodded, moving to find somewhere to hide.

Emy smiled a little and moved over to him, having let go once they were in an ok place. She wanted him to love her....but she would respect him and let him have time. She gently kissed him, then just looked at him for a moment, sudden happiness in her eyes. She was just happy being with him, Monty unnerved and scared her sometimes...and Archie...seemed distant and sad. Being around people like that did tend to make her feel that way all the time. Now, with just Leadre, she was happy again.

Archie covered his eyes the moment Morty began to move and started to count. He would count to twenty.

Léan tilted his head at her look. He could understand being unnerved by Morty, but Archie was not usually upset like he was now. So, that much would change as time passed and he got over whatever was bothering him. He rested his forehead against hers, hesitantly.

Monty hid among the coral, making sure his tailfin didn't show and just waited with a small grin on his face.

Emy just sort of watched him, curiously and slightly worried now. She thought that something was wrong now, did he really not want to do this? She gently squeezed his hand, looking straight at him now. "Are you alright?"

"Twenty!" Archie whirled around, speeding off into the coral to look for him. He must have really been a little too innocent, for he disregarded some of the more dangerous creatures in the reef. The eel was one thing--he knew to avoid that. But he passed by venomous snails and the like during his search.

"I'm...just nervous," Léan admitted, scratching his head. It was a habit of his when he was quite anxious.

Monty tensed when he watched Archie pass by these things unknowingly. He was tempted many times to speed out to get him away from them.

Emy bit her lip softly, then slowly wrapped her arms up around his neck. "Its ok." Nervousness, she felt that too, but only because she didn't know what would happen with her tail.

Archie peeked around in the coral, until he located Monty. Upon which he shot his arm out and tagged him before he had a chance to wriggle away. "Found you!"

Léan did, but he didn't quite think he'd be able to explain it properly to her without chickening out. He welcomed the embrace around his neck, leaning against her and closing his eyes. He could be such a clam when it came to anything like this.

Monty jumped slightly, then blinked as Archie sped off again. He chuckled softly after it'd registered what'd happened. "I'm comin." He came out of the coral and looked around for him.

Emy kissed his neck softly, brushing her nose against his neck and up to his ear slowly and softly. "Leandre....I need your help..." She needed to know, she didn't like those types of surprises.

Archie had settled himself in some reddish coral, not touching it but in a place that was hard to reach without touching it. He had thankfully picked a place that seemed devoid of danger.

"Erm." Léan chickened out before he even started. "It's instinctual...it will happen on its own..."

Monty sighed and looked around, then grinned and started searching for him. He knew he had to be close though.

Emy moved her head back slightly, looking at him, then nodding slightly. It wasn't want she wanted to hear, but doubted she'd get any more. She kissed him softly after that, wanting him all to herself.

Archie curled up tightly in his hiding spot, trying to make himself as invisible as possible. He didn't hear the shuffling of fins behind him, and he certainly didn't see the large fin poking up from behind the coral. A shark. It didn't seem like it wanted to hurt him, but it was curious about him. Sharks generally liked merpeople.

Léan was happy to respond to her kiss. Unlike on land, he immediately entwined their tails together, so they could stay balanced where they were.

Monty could almost sense the shark, it sent him on edge. Which wasn't the best thing around shark. Monty slowly neared it, being very cautious and looking for Archie at the same time.

Emy seemed slightly surprised by the sudden reaction, but she liked it. She smiled a little and pulled a little closer, kissing him more. She loved the difference being on land and in the water was for Leandre.

The shark, a big Great White, was floating lazily around behind a big batch of reddish coral. Archie could be seen from the back, hiding in this coral.

Léan deepened his kiss in response, easily. He made no attempt to go farther just yet, which still showed that he was a bit of a chicken when it came to things like this. He was open to going farther, however.

Monty saw the shark and didn't like it. The way Archie had gone by all those dangerous things, it was no doubt he was near the shark. Monty slowly moved towards it, though looked as though he was paying no attention to it, scanning the coral in search for Archie.

Emy did like the way this was somewhat easier than in the car, but she could tell he wasn't going to go farther without some help. She gently moved a hand from his neck, slowly down his chest in a slight segestive manner, all while kissing him.
