Léan rested his head against her, closing his eyes again to rest. He wanted to sleep some more, so he wouldn't end up disturbing her while she slept...but, he was no longer tired.

Archie stayed put, a big smile on his face. He was usually afraid of the dark, but he felt safe.

Emy slept fine for an hour or more before slowly waking to see Lean awake. She blinked slightly, then kissed his chest softly. "What's wrong, love? Can't sleep?" She sounded a little tired, but concerned too.

Monty didn't wake, he hadn't had a full sleep in a while.

"I'm not tired..." Léan murmured, stretching himself out. He seemed to be content...he just didn't feel like sleeping.

Archie watched him sleep for a while, for lack of anything better to do, until he grew bored. He curled up again, and closed his eyes, slipping off into a nice daydream.

Emy pretty much stayed where she was, but wouldn't get in the way if he wanted to get up. She smiled a little at him, then nodded slightly. "Alright." She closed her eyes again, but didn't really go to sleep.

Monty could subconciously feel Archie watching him, but it didn't wake him. He'd moved slightly while he slept out of discomfort. It was an odd feeling to be watched for him.

Léan stretched himself out a bit more, laying so that they were as close as they could possibly be to each other. He was enjoying her company.

Archie felt him shift, and decided that he'd better not stare at him anymore. Instead, he continued his daydream--he was in the Carribean, basking in the warm waters...

Emy smiled a little more, liking how close they were. She'd have said she loved him again, but stopped herself right before the words came out. Not that she didn't love him, but she thought that maybe he might feel pressured because she'd been saying it so much lately. She didn't want him to be uncomfortable...she wanted him to feel it on his own...if he would at all.

Monty relaxed completely when he couldn't feel eyes on him when he slept.

Léan would eventually grow comfortable with the idea of saying the words. For now...he just had to try and gather courage. It wasn't clear whether or not he felt the same way...but he did indeed care about her.

Archie soon began to drift off again, and remained in a half-asleep, half-awake state for quite a while.

Emy went in and out of sleep for awhile. It didn't help her with her small tiredness, but she didn't want to miss being with Lean. Even though she was still right there with him physically, when she was asleep, it was almost as if she was alone, all except his touch.

Monty woke a little later with a small yawn and a little stretch. He grinned when he saw Archie.

Léan was simply deep in thought, so he could pass the time without growing bored. Time, however, got the best of him, as his stomach started to grumble.

Archie was curled up against him, eyes half-lidded. He looked like he was in a happy, sleepy daze, but was still awake.

Emy suddenly giggled when she heard his stomach grumble. "You should go eat, love." She said softly, her eyes still closed.

Monty didn't really move any more, not wanting to disturb him.

Léan grumbled. "I'm too lazy...I don't feel like getting up just yet..." he sighed, softly. He didn't feel like getting up just yet.

Archie shook his head a few times, and then looked up at him.

Emy nuzzled him gently. "You should probably go soon though...or I'm going to get hungry too. My tummy always gets all grumbly after someone else's does."

Monty smiled at him. "Mornin."

Léan closed his eyes, then opened them again. "...All right, I'll get going...you should come with me, if you're going to get hungry..." He quietly budged up, yawning.

"Mornin'..." Archie stretched himself out more.

((Bed-time for me. Night!))

Emy seemed a little figetty when he suggested her coming with him to hunt. She moved a little uncomfortably, then reluctantly nodded and got up. She didn't stretch though, she sort of didn't want to move.

Monty stretched a little, then wiggled slightly.

Léan noted her discomfort, but shrugged it off. If she was going to live this life underwater...she was going to have to get used to hunting.

Archie was perfectly comfortable where he was, but he loosened his grip to allow Monty some wiggle room.

Emy took a deep breath, then nodded. She looked more confident now, she just needed to steel herself against her feelings.

Monty grinned at him. "So...you feel like doing something?"

Léan led her out to a part of their territory they hadn't touched yet--it was part of a small kelp forest. "...Well...it looks like we have a source of sea plants, now, as well as fish..."

"What did you have in mind?" Archie asked, pleasantly.

Emy looked at him when they got there, then looked a little iffy. "I know this may sound dumb....but how do you eat plants down here? Do you just rip them up and eat them?"

Monty shrugged slightly, then poked his tummy. "You hungry?"

"Sometimes, we will wrap them around fish...make platters..combine different plants for a different taste..." Léan offered, leaning back against the kelp--it had a nice feel to it.

Archie squeaked, swatting his hands away. "Kind of..." He had a sensitive stomach...

Emy smiled a little, thinking. She did like the idea of fish wrapped in kelp. Then she blushed slightly. "So...what kind of fish could I catch around here?" She asked softly as she glanced around.

Monty blinked, then chuckled softly. "Would you like to find some food? Or....what?"

Léan glanced around, parting the kelp a bit. "...It seems there are a few small schools of fish wandering around here...not as nice a selection as what's in the reef, but still..."

"I'm not too, too hungry...but I'm willing to go and help find some food. I'm open to doing something else, of course." Archie grinned.

Emy nodded slightly, then thought for a moment, looking at him hopefully. "Can you show me how to do that? The fish with the weeds.."

Monty thought for a moment, then smiled. "Well....I'm a little hungry."

Léan tilted his head. "First, you need to catch and kill one...then, wrap it up in the plant of your choice..."

"Okay!" Archie replied, seeming cheerful.

Emy chewed on the inside of her cheek for a moment, then nodded a little. "Ok. Fish first." She took a deep breath and moved through the seaweed, going towards a small group of fish.

Monty laughed softly and nodded. "Let's go then." He moved to leave, holding out his hand slightly.

Léan followed her, ready to back her up if she failed and grew tired of hunting. He was an excellent hunter...speedy more so than strong.

Archie took his hand politely, and stayed by Monty's side.
