[[Yeah, and when I told the one kid to put his phone away, this obnoxious guy across the room commented and pulled out his phone =__= I was in a pretty bad mood that day]]
"Then tell him" He said. He couldn't stop Draco from telling him, but he didn't want to be the cause of Drama again, he wanted to at least have a somewhat normal year, but that was already impossible, or so it seemed.
"I understand what you mean" he said with a soft smile. He understood what Draco meant by that, when he first got his letter to Hogwarts, it was like a whole new world to him, he had never been introduced or told about anything like that, so it was like he was someone completely different, but for him that was a good thing he needed to be different. "Well I'm glad you were able to talk with him" He said with a smile as he looked at him "Sorry, you have to feel all this though" he added.

((Grr. That's so rude!))
---
Draco nodded firmly. "If she tries anything like that, I definitely will go to Dumbledore." He sighed. "I'll probably be going to talk to him again soon, anyway. He helped me a lot, but I'm sure other things will come up..." He wasn't just thinking of his own turmoiled emotions, but the very real danger they were in.
A small silence fell, and suddenly Draco realized that he and Harry were alone. On his bed. In a closed, locked room.
With a wicked grin, he launched himself at Harry, pinning the other boy underneath him as he locked his lips on Harry's. This would make everything better.

[[Yeaaaah, it was horrible
I think I scared my friend xD Cause I'm usually a really calm person, and like, I was pissed off, and I yelled at them, he kept telling me to calm down. But once I'm mad, it's like no stopping me x___x;]]
Harry sighed some "I can live with that, just don't tell Hermione about it" he said. Hermione would be the one to over react the worse, she was bound to do something about it, she always was the crusader of rights. "Well, I know what that's like, I've talked to him a lot over the years, he's really helped me get through things, without him I don't know if I would have accepted certain things" He said.
Harry blinked some and looked up at him "Wha---?" He was about to ask a question, but he was cut off, by Draco kissing him. Once the initial shock of what Draco had did wore off, he wrapped his arms around Draco and deepened the kiss.

Draco was very pleased at Harry's reaction. He kissed enthusiastically, using lips and tongue as well as he could. He wondered, in the part of his brain that was still working, if Harry thought he was a good kisser. Pansy had once told him he was like a fish, but then of course he hadn't been enjoying kissing Pansy the way he was enjoying this.
And this... this was good. The two of them, bodies touching full length, Draco able to feel Harry underneath him, all muscles and sinew and bone, just about his height. Draco allowed his hands to explore Harry's hair, an untidy, slightly sweaty mess of hunks and curls, and then to slide down the back of Harry's head to his neck and shoulders.

Harry could never ever remember a moment, when he had ever felt like this before. He wrapped his arms around Draco’s neck and pulled him even closer; he could feel the warmth coming off of Draco’s body. Draco’s touch set shivers up his spine, what surprised him the most was how much he liked it, and how much he wanted more of it. He had, had crushes before, but never had he ever felt anything like he was feeling right now.
As much as it killed him to do it, he pulled himself away from Draco “I reallyreally didn’t want to do that, but I think it’s almost time for you to go” he said softly. He really didn’t want to know how Umrbidge would react if he was late to his Detentions she would probably kill him, or give him like a weeks’ worth of it. This just made him dis-like the women even more, she was stealing him away, from him, she truly was evil.

Draco sighed. He'd no idea they'd spent so long together. "I guess you're right," he mumbled, slowly clambering off Harry. Of course, he took advantage of his position to touch and caress wherever he could.
There was so much he wanted to do with -- to Harry. And that awful Umbridge woman was giving him a detention.
"Want to walk me there?" he said once he was standing up, only half-joking. "You know, for moral support. Like the girls always do, going to the bathroom together."

Harry sat up, once Draco was off of him, Draco had to be just as upset or rather unpleased with the situation as he was "I never did understand why girls needed moral support to go to the bathroom together" He said.
Girls always confused him with things like that "Rather I think it's to gossip rather then for moral support" he said with a laugh as he stood up and smiled "I'll walk down with you, are we going to hold hands?" he asked. Although he was only joking, because he doubted Draco would want to because they might be seen and that would raise question.

Draco laughed with Harry. "They do gossip a lot." That thought made him a little uncomfortable, wondering what the gossip was saying about him and Harry, after Dumbledore's little display at lunch.
Harry's suggestion about holding hands made him feel even more uncomfortable. While he was no longer feeling uncertain about his own identity, or at least not as he had been that morning, he wasn't sure about the rest of the school seeing them together. They'd be the first openly gay couple, after all, and they already stood out enough.
"We could go down covered by our Invisibility Cloaks," he suggested, "and hold hands that way."

“I was kidding Draco, I don’t expect you to hold my hand” he said. Maybe he shouldn’t have said that, all well it was too late to take back those words now.
“Shouldn’t you be bringing that with you anyway?” He asked. He wouldn’t be able to walk Draco back, unless he waited outside the room the whole time, and he couldn’t even do that. So once Draco was alone he would be more vulnerable and they would probably take that opportunity to attack him

Draco felt slightly hurt. "Don't you want to hold my hand?" His vision of the two of them sneaking through the castle, both invisible, able to be rather naughty under their cloaks without anyone knowing, dissolved in front of his eyes.
He rummaged in his bag for the Invisibility Cloak Dumbledore had deposited earlier and, standing in front of the full-length mirror on the back of his door, put it on. It was great -- he completely vanished, except for his head, which disappeared as soon as he pulled the hood up.
"Come on," he said, turning back to Harry, who of course couldn't see him. "It'll be fun!" A part of him that had died, rather, with the scares of his father and the Death Eaters, was suddenly reborn under the obscuring power of the Cloak.

“That wasn’t what I meant…” He said softly. It appeared like he should just start eating his words, because he kept saying the wrong thing “I just meant, I know how you don’t want others to find out and what not” He said. Although under the invisibility cloak no one would even be able to tell, but he didn’t want to push him into things he wouldn’t be comfortable with.
“I suppose I missed out on my chance to get under there with you, huh?” He asked with a laugh. He felt bad for saying he didn’t expect him to hold hands with him now, he certainly did not have a way with words, or a way with people for that matter.

Draco sighed. They were having that conversation, and they didn't have time for it. He took off the Cloak, his lips in a thin, upset line.
"I'm sorry," he said. The bubble of mischief that had surged inside him went out as quickly as it had come. "The whole not-wanting-others-to-know is... well, it's just me. I'm feeling uncertain about who I am, and where my place is in the world, and everything's been changing so fast.
He felt behind him and opened the door. "I've got to go to detention, Harry." He met Harry's gaze, and tried to convey with his eyes what he couldn't say: I'm sorry, it's just me, I'm simply confused and I'm taking it out on you. "Will you...Can I see you when I get back?"

“There’s nothing to be sorry about” He said. He really did just need to shut up, and let Draco do all the talking, he could turn into one of those people that just nodded at everything someone said, at least that would prevent him from biting is tongue every time he opened his mouth “I understand, don’t worry about it” he said honestly.
“I know so go, I’ll be awake when you get back” He said with a smile. He would go and get his homework done, and then wait around in till he got back, he wanted to make sure he got back safely anyway.

"You can wait in here, if you like," Draco said with a grateful smile. He grabbed his bag, stuffed the Cloak in, and left the room with a wave to Harry.
Much to his surprise, Umbridge did not use the Blood Quill on him. He'd been rather hoping she would, so he could go to Dumbledore. Instead, with a satisfied little smile, she took his wand away and set him to small menial tasks: clapping erasers, scraping chewing gum off desks, cutting little paper figures to decorate the classroom. It was the dullest, most humiliating two hours he'd ever spent. Umbridge kept commenting, in an undertone, about how children could be such disappointments to their parents. He heard his father's name muttered a few times, too.
When, at the end of the detention, Umbridge gave him his wand back, Draco accepted it with a feeling of great relief. At least she hadn't tried to kill him. Then again, maybe his father wanted to do that himself, he thought gloomily as he left the classroom.
And ran smack into the bulky forms of Crabbe and Goyle. And, behind them, Charles Morgan.
"Er," Draco said.
"Expelliarmus," Morgan said, almost lazily.
Draco's wand flew out of his hands. In a panic, he fumbled for his bag, and the Invisibility Cloak, but he was too late. One fist caught him in the stomach, and the other on his cheek, and the last thing he heard was a loud "Stupefy!" from Morgan.
He didn't hear them chuckling as they removed his robes, leaving him only in his underpants. He didn't feel the bump-bump-bump of his own body as they dragged him physically down the stony corridors to a nearby broom closet. Nor was he aware of the robes they conjured around him, or of the door as it closed on him.
Thus, when Draco awoke and found himself in a dark, cramped space, obviously bound wtih rope and gagged with something that tasted like cleaning rags, he had no idea where he was or how he'd got there. He thought he must probably still be in Hogwarts, because it smelled right, and probably in a broom cupboard, but he was so thoroughly tied that he couldn't wriggle free. The gag tasted foul, and was tied equally tightly around his face.
Well, he thought philosophically, considering that it was Morgan, Crabbe, and Goyle who ambushed me, I'm rather lucky to be alive.
He wriggled and pushed and managed to bang himself up against the door. They'd tied his legs together, and his hands behind him, but he was pretty flexible. He bent foward and reached his arms up behind his head as far as they would go. He felt a door handle, and breathed a sigh of relief (through his nose) that it was a new kind, simply needing to be levered downward to be opened. He jerked and writhed and managed to push it down.
The door banged open, and Draco fell out into the hallway, banging his head on the stone floor. He saw little lights popping in his eyes, but forced himself to look around to assess his situation.
He was clearly just down the hall from Umbridge's office, and it was clearly the middle of the night. Draco squirmed and wriggled and writhed, and left several chunks of skin on the corridor floor, but he somehow wriggled his way over to another wall, and sat up against it. With any luck, a teacher would be by soon, on patrol, and Draco could get some help.

Harry sighed some as he watched Draco leave, once he was out of sight, he headed downstairs to the common room to get some homework. He figured he might as well get some work done while he was waiting for Draco to get back, if he didn’t get work done he might accidently fall asleep. After everything that had happened today he was honestly pretty drained out and just wanted to sleep. He was glad to see once he got downstairs that most people had went to the dorms, probably to hang out, they had already most likely got there work done or were putting it off for a while.
After a few hours of doing homework, he glanced up at the clock; Draco should have been back by now. Maybe he was upstairs in his room? He closed up all his books before he headed upstairs to find Draco, once he reached the room he glanced around. Now he was worried, either Umbridge was holding him hostage or something bad had happened.
“Maybe he’s just late” he said, trying to convince himself that he was fine. He sighed some “I better go look for him…” he said as he exited his room and headed down the hallway. His best bet was to check the main pathway between here and Umbridges office.
Once he got down to Umbridges office, he glanced inside for a quick second before he looked around the hallway, and that was when he spotted Draco. He stood there for a split second before, he ran over to him “My god, Draco what the hell happened?” He asked as he pulled the rag out of his mouth and worked on untying the rope. Once that was done he was going to have to get him to the infirmary, hopefully he would be able to walk with help, because honestly Harry didn’t know if he could carry him by himself.

---
"Thank Merlin," Draco said, through a mouth that was dry and foul-tasting. "They took my wand," he mumbled, trying to stand himself up. He stumbled and collapsed back down -- the ropes had cut off circulation to his limbs.
Harry was, once again, his avenging angel, in black hair and Gryffindor robes. Draco could have kissed him, but he was too weak to reach up that far.
"I'm so glad you found me," he managed to say.

[[I know that, sorry]]
“Who took your wand?” he asked. Although maybe it was best for Draco to not talk that much, he probably didn’t have that much energy left at all “If I support you, do you think you can walk?” he asked. He knew they needed to get him to the infirmary, and then Harry would go talk to Dumbledore, or rather that could wait for a while, he wanted to be with Draco
“I was wondering what was taking you so long” he said as he reached out and took his hand “We should hurry up and get you to the infirmary” He said

Draco groaned, trying to stand up again. He braced himself against the wall and dragged himself to his feet. "Morgan," he answered. "Charles Morgan, that seventh year. And Crabbe and Goyle were with him, too," he said.
"I can walk by myself," Draco insisted, but then proved himself a liar after a few steps, stumbling into the wall. He groaned again and shook his head, trying to clear it. It felt like he was under more than just a Stunning Spell.
Reluctantly, but part of him still liking the sensation, he draped his arm over Harry's shoulders. "Infirmary it is, then," he said resolutely.

“We’ll have to go tell Dumbledore about this” he said as he stood up and kept a close eye on Draco. He just didn’t want to let him fall to the ground again, and get hurt even worse. His wounds could be fixed overnight, if they didn’t get any worse that was
“Draco… don’t force yourself” He said. He watched him nervously attempt to walk. He was rather happy when Draco decided to accept his help, he wrapped an arm around Draco’s waist and started to head towards the infirmary “I should have come with you, and waited” he said he felt mildly guilty because he said he would protect him.

Draco sighed. About time Harry started thinking of going to Dumbledore.
"No, it's not your fault," he croaked as they started down the corridor together, in a kind of limping three-legged race. "If you'd waited, they might have ambushed you, too."
When they reached the Infirmary, Madam Pomfrey wasn't there, but Draco pushed onward until he was able to lie down on a bed and close his eyes. He was thirsty more than anything, and his head was still spinning.

"It is" he said. Draco wouldn't be able to get rid of the guilt Harry had felt, he could have waited in till he finished Detention and at least if he had gotten Ambushed he wouldn't be the only one injured, then again if he wasn't there to save Draco who knew how long he would have been sitting there, hurt.
"Can I get you anything?" He asked as he looked down at Draco. He wouldn't be able to heal him like Madam Pomfrey would, but the least he could do was be there for him and offer what ever help he could "I can go look for Madam Pomfrey or a teacher if you would like" he said

"Water, first," Draco said, "and then probably Madam Pomfrey. I feel... really funny."
He shouldn't feel this dizzy from simply being beaten up and left in a cupboard. Maybe there had been some kind of magical cleaning fluids that he'd inhaled too much of. Or maybe, and the thought made him grow cold, Morgan had put a curse on him, some kind of Dark Magic. He sincerely hoped it was just the aftereffects of being thrashed around and left in a broom cupboard.

"Alright, give me a second" he said as he turned around and walked over to where the cups where usually kept. It took him a minute or two to find one, it was dark, and the only real light was coming from the candles, and that was pretty dull. Once he found the cup he filled it up with water and took it back over to Draco.
"Do you need me to help you drink it?" He asked. He meant hold the cup up to his mouth, but he wasn't sure how to word that the right way, so it just came out that way, which probably sounded pretty stupid "I should go look for Madam Pomfrey, I'm betting she's in her room, she'll know what to do for you" he said

"Harry," he said, very seriously, "I feel very strange. Like -- like maybe they put a curse on me or something. Do you think you could get Dumbledore? I know it's late, but..." He trailed off despairingly.

“Yeah I’ll go get him right now” he said as he quickly exited the infirmary, he didn’t have any time to waste especially if they had done something to him, it was important for him to find Dumbledore as fast as he could. Knowing Dumbledore he was probably up in his office, but that required a password, and he had no idea what it was, times like this he really wished he had the answers to everything.
It seemed to Harry that his feet wouldn’t move fast enough for him, and he felt like he was moving really slow for some reason, he just wanted to get the help for Draco that he needed and he couldn’t seem to get it fast enough. As he was nearing Dumbledore’s office he felt himself bump into someone, it seemed he had been so lost in his thoughts, he forgot to pay attention to where he was going, he looked up to see Dumbledore himself standing there “Sorry sir” he said
“Ah, Harry, isn’t it a little late for you to be out wandering the corridors I do believe curfew has passed already, but that has never stopped you before” he said
“Sorry, wait that’s not important right now, I came out because I was worried about Draco, because he got a dentention and he never came back, and I found him, and he got attacked and he’s in the infirmary, he wants to see you, he thinks they did something” he said as quickly as he could manage. He probably didn’t need all that information but he felt like giving it anyway.
“It’s a good thing you went out looking for him then” he said as he started to walk towards the infirmary.
Harry nodded and followed after him quietly, now that he had found Dumbledore the walk to the infirmary had seemed to go a lot faster than it had before.
Once they were in the infirmary Dumbledore glanced at Draco “Now what’s wrong?” he asked
[[Sorry it took so long to respond I was feeling rather brain dead >< You can take over Dumbledore if you want]]
