There are quite a few threads relating to more negative aspects of life, so I thought we should have a more positive one.

This is a place to tell something good that happened today or just something that made you happy.

Today, I finally convinced my brother to pick me some blueberries. It's a small thing, but it made me happy. Now, it's your turn.

Umm....I finally started cleaning. Kind of up and down....but I started, so that's good!

I got a birthday present from someone i really care about ^^

Starr - You're a step ahead of me! I still haven't gotten around to doing the cleaning I need to do.

Charu - Gifts are always nice. Happy birthday!

Yes they are but im more happy that that person i cared about even remembered XD

This is a very good idea for a thread. Writing small things that may seem insignificant, but actually you have enjoyed in some way can make people feel better. ^^

My mum is very loving and I am grateful for her caring about me when noone else shows it.

My first customer of the day tipped me a dollar in quarters. I asked 'did you need change?'. She shook her head and said, 'you keep it, you sacked my groceries' and then gave me a toothy grin and left.

Despite a rough week/weekend and even more to expect into the new week, that put a bright spot on my day.

Umm...I have ice water and it is good.

Also, Happy Birthday Charu! Presents from the people we care about most are important on birthdays. *nods*

And....my cat just woke up! XD I guess that's a happy thought, tooo

Luna - xD Moms are the best. I've always been a mama's girl.

Iishii - That makes me think of this old guy that comes into my workplace. He always gives me a quarter for a tip. And he always says he's "magnificent" which is a nice change from other people's answers.

I came home for the first time in a week. It was nice to not have my parents flip their shit when they saw my hair. Also, I might be getting a dog!

Oo! Oo! I have a happy thought! I finally got to take a shower, now that the temperature's gone down! I'M CLEAANNNN!

Vix - What did you do to your hair? Ooh. What kind of dog?

Starr - Yay! Showers are so refreshing.

Dyed it black. The rescue organization saves stray dogs from Puerto Rico so it'd most likely be a mix of a ton of breeds.

Ah. I'm thinking of going the opposite way with my hair. (Medium brown to blonde.)

Well, that's nice. Mutts need love too. That's almost all I've ever had.

What what happened to Lillian that made it happy for her? Well just the other den, Lillian got her first kiss...in a rather romantic state of way. ;)

The family I just met today was actually really nice! The family reunion went a lot better than I thought it would.

I ended a three day streak hanging out with my friends. We were getting really sick of what we were doing, but somehow we just ended it all by talking and it created this amazing feeling of like, bonding. We all just connected amazingly well. =)

I've got a lot of happy thoughts!

I'm getting a car today.

My favorite holiday is this week.

My kitty cat is sleeping in my lap.

I get to spend most of the week with my girlfriend.

Somehow I managed to wake up at 7 a.m. today.

My room is clean.

My hair is now dyed black - much closer to its natural dark brown than the blonde and turquoise I had before.

I got back with my old Bestiie with who I was in fight for 1 and half year now :)

My best friend and I got in one fight when we first started hanging out, 6 years ago. Aside from that we've had little tiny squabbles, but nothing that left either of us really angry with each other.
I couldn't imagine how horrid it would be to lose her because of that. We're like twins.

I don't have to work very much this week and actually have time to pack and get ready for my move. : )
