As in, a league of superheroes, yes! (Eventually I may assign powers. Or something.)

I'm pretty sure the character has green eyes when she's powered down. Not sure about powered up, though.

Not sure yet. If I enter Roachi's next contest, and I might not be here for it, then I'm thinking about Haru from The Cat Returns. If the theme is anime again. But that one is almost too easy, so... If not for a contest, then I've been thinking about Dazzler of Marvel Comics, or some more real life people. KT Tunstall or Butterfly Boucher, maybe, because of the music CIs. Or Amelia Earhart, just for fun.
