Well, he was a zombie but then after some genetic research and tinkering he was given the brain of a lawyer O~O
When he gets excited his brain shuts down and he goes zombie for a short period of time, he works at a grocery store because, as you can tell, It won't set his inner zombie off xD
He isn't decaying, he just looks like he's half asleep and sick xD

XD Well, if he needs a public defender -- would he even be able to afford his own lawyer? -- that's who Anya works for. Not exactly a lucrative career, but a living. (And I'll have to do some more research about that. In between research about snakes. And probably what they actually do show on cable. All of this research will be half-assed at best, but it's better than nothing.)

And if she were a simple-minded naga, then I'd only have to do about 2/3rds of that, so... might as well give her a brain.
