Jemini smiled and nodded. "I think it'll be good for me. I only know how humans over a hundred years ago lived." She said that part quiet enough for only them to hear.

Randy smiled at her. "I might be attending your school. Depends..."

"Depends on what?" She asked. He couldn't really be serious about that, why would someone ever want to go through school again. It wasn't worth it, was it?

Seth laughed some "Well times have changed a lot, as I'm sure you've already noticed" He said as he looked at her with a smile "It should be interesting learning things I've never even heard about" He said

Randy just smiled at her for a moment. "Depends...on if I'm wanted."

Jemini giggled softly. "They really have." Then smiled up at him. "Yeah, I like learning about humans....well...so far anyway. Layla said something about me hating the work they give us to take home..."

"Why wouldn't you be wanted?" She asked. If he meant wanted by her, then she really wanted him around. She wanted to get closer to him, and get to know him more. She wanted to learn as much about him as she could, and you couldn't learn that much in a day, not to mention she just wanted to be around him.

"Yeah, they aren't as well mannered as they used to be" he said. The human world wasn't always as bad as he thought it was now, back then some of the humans were tolerable, now they were pretty much all the same. "Nothing more fun then taking your work home with you" He said sarcastically.

Jemini nodded. "Where I was, everyone was very polite and they cared about what happened to each other." She giggled softly at his sarcasm. Then looked around for a second, noticing the amount of students thinning a little.

Randy rubbed the back of his head slightly. She didn't get what he was talking about. Explaining it may be a little awkward.

Layla stared at him and raised an eye brow "That doesn't answer my question..." She said

"Well it's not like that here, or at least anymore" He said as he looked at her. "It's amazing how much, the same world, can change in such a short time" He said "I think we should start heading in" He said

Randy looked slightly awkward, then leaned forward and whispered in her ear. "I wanted to know if you wanted me here or not."

Jemini nodded slightly at the end, then looked at the other two. She didn't have anything to comment on, because she didn't know what people were actually like now days on earth.

Layla blinked some, why wouldn't she want him here "Of course I do" She said with a smile. She noticed Jemini looking at him and blinked "What?" She asked. She didn't know why she was looking at her, maybe it had something to do with the fact they should be heading into school now.

Seth looked over at Layla and Randy and raised an eye brow, and he was insinuating something was going on between him and Jemini, there was clearly something going on with him and Layla, that was probably why he was here, to be with her, figures.

Jemini giggled a little at Layla. "It looks like its time to go in, silly."

Randy looked a little embarrassed when he noticed both Seth and Jemini looking at them. He stepped back once and nodded slightly to Layla with a small smile. "Maybe I'll meet up with you guys later."

Layla turned and looked at him, and gave him a smile "Alright" She said as she looked at Jemini and Seth "Why do I get the feeling, I'm going to be responsible for showing you two around all day" She said as she started to walk

"Probably because I don't want to get lost, and have to ask a human for help, that's like a huge wound to my Demon pride" He said with a laugh as he followed after her, but walked slowly enough so he could be by Jemini

Randy chuckled and waved slightly as they walked away.

Jemini waved back to Randy, then caught up with Seth. She smiled a little as he stayed back a little to be by her. She then looked at Layla. "Sorry for the inconvenience. I'll have it down soon." She was good at memorizing things.

"It's not an inconvenience, your both in all of my classes so I have to go that way anyway" She said with a laugh. Really, she didn't mind showing them around, she was just wondering how they would handle having to do the work, if they knew how to do it all

Seth looked over at her and then at Jemini, hopefully the day would fly by and it would be easy. He didn't want to have to think about things to much, especially when he would probably never ever use what they were learning.

Jemini nodded slightly and smiled a little. She was glad she wasn't an inconvenience. She felt a little less down. Her smile getting a little happier. She'd caught Seth looking at her and smiled at him, though didn't say anything.

Randy soon wandered into the office of the school.

Layla lead them down the hallway, to there first classroom "Be prepared to be stared at, people always find new students interesting, especially good looking ones" She said with a laugh as she opened the door and walked into the classroom

'Great' he thought to himself. He didn't want a lot of attention from the people in the school, he pretty much just wanted to be left alone by them, he supposed if he acted mean it would work, but sometimes girls didn't care if a guy was mean.

Jemini nodded slightly, though she was ready to protect Layla...and Seth. She didn't think of herself as one of those 'pretty students' that Layla was talking about. Then followed her into the classroom. With a reassuring smile to Seth.

"You can sit where ever you want, we don't have assigned seats" She said with a smile. They usually just sat where ever they wanted to, in till all the back seats where filled and some of the kids were forced to sit way up front when they didn't want to

Sure enough when they had walked into the classroom, a bunch of faces turned and looked at them, great this should be fun "Where do you want to sit?" He asked as he looked at Jemini. He figured Layla had her own group of friends to sit with.

Jemini blinked and took a halfstep back, she didn't like all those eyes on her at once. It sort of freaked her out. When Seth spoke to her, it broke her from her nervousness. She smiled a little at him. "I do not mind." She wanted to be near Layla, if not beside her. She'd need to get to her if anything happened.

Layla looked over at her "There's a group of three seats over there, we can just sit together" She said as she pointed and walked over to one of the chairs and took a seat.

Seth looked over at her "There going to end up asking us a lot of questions aren't they?" He asked. He didn't feel like answering a lot of questions, it sounded like a pain in the ass.

Jemini just nodded slightly, looking at Seth and shrugged. Then quickly following Layla to the seat diagonal and back from her, leaving the seat behind Layla and beside Jemini open for Seth.

Layla smiled as she noticed how Seth sat next to Jemini, heh, so they were really good friends figured. At least they got to spend the whole day together, she had no idea when she would get to see Randy.

Seth walked past the people who were looking and took the seat next to Jemini. He really wasn't looking forward to this much anymore, well at least they got a break in the middle of the day for lunch which was good.

Jemini smiled at Seth a little as he sat down. She loved that he was here, it made waiting less boring. Plus, they had a tim set aside for lunch later. That sounded fun.

Randy talked to a couple counselors and the principle.

Layla smiled some, maybe this year wouldn't be so bad after all. Hopefully they would know how to do the work, or else they would be in trouble, when they were asked to go up to the board, she would have to make sure to help them.

Seth glanced over at Jemini one last time, before the teacher walked in and started to speak. At least it didn't seem hard what she was saying, the thing he was least looking forward to would be math.

[[Sure. ^^ Classes are usually boring unless you have a good dramatic moment or something important to the story.]]

Jemini smiled at them both. She was very optimistic....which sort of came with the whole...being an angel thing. But, she was hopeful that the day would turn out ok.

Layla smiled some as she lead them down to the cafeteria, at least lunch was interesting. Although she got the feeling, she should leave them alone for a while, maybe she could sneak off, and go hid in the library for a little while. Once she was in the cafeteria she turned and looked at them "You two eat lunch, I have something I have to do, don't worry Jemini I'll be fine" She said with a smile as she quickly made her get away before she had a chance to object. Once she was out of the cafeteria, she made her way down the hallway to find something to do, maybe she would go spend it on the school roof it was always nice up there.

Seth raised an eye brow and watched her leave "That's odd" He said. They had stuff they needed to do even during lunch? Did they ever stop working? Well at least when they learned in class wasn't half bad, and it was actually somewhat interesting, it was hard though, at least the math half of it was. All well he didn't have to put up with this for long hopefully.

Jemini opened her mouth to protest, but she was already gone. She blinked slightly, then sighed a little. "She's going to be hard to protect if she keeps doing that." She looked at Seth and smiled a little though. "Do you want to go see what there is to eat?" She'd gotten a little payment from her bosses so she could survive until she started working.
