With a Fallout 3 feel?

The world has been reduced to desert by nuclear and biological warfare,
those who can find weapons become raiders, scouring the horizon for
innocent travelers to rape, rob and just generally rough up.

Those who can't find weapons retreat underground or try to salvage the ruins of
large structures as a safe haven for fearful wanderers.

I just wanted to know, if I made this thread, with rules, description and everything,
would anyone join it? Would you provide a roleplay sample? I'm even willing to make
it a no-profile roleplay if it would encourage you. I really want to do this, I just don't
want to put all the effort in for nothing. Y'dig?
