Casey opened her mouth to protest Theo's kiss on he forehead, but found herself falling into a deep sleep darn him... was her last tought before she lot all conciousness. Her body colapsed in a heap into Theo's waiting arms.

Theo grinned slightly, as if he knew what she'd thought. "Maybe she'll forgive me.." He glanced at Kirse, who was still pissed. "Ah....but I doubt you will." He chuckled then picked her up into his arms and started off through the woods to the cabin that he was planning on staying that week.

Casey slept fitfully. She sipped in and out of sleep. Everytime she started comeing into conciousness, she would fall back into sleep. Finally, she slipped back into concousness, slowly becoming aware that Theo was carrying her. "What... what are you doing?" she asked in a low voice. The magic over threatened to push her back to sleep.

Theo gazed down at her when she woke. He'd thought he put enough magic into it to make her sleep for hours. He shrugged slightly at her question. "You know...I'm not really sure." He grinned and pushed more magic over her to make her fall asleep again as he neared his friend's place nearby. He knew his friend would be gone for awhile, so he knew nobody would bother him. Being as it was far into the woods and nobody really knew it was there.

Casey's dreams were littered with the voices of the real world, twisted into some weird dreamland. They all kept coming back to Theo's face as well, exactly the same way as she saw it when she asked him what he was doing. After a few hours, she groggily opened her eyes and looked around. "That was all a dream" she muttered, not realizing that she was somewhere other than her room back home. he stood up, wobbled a bit and lft the room, coming face to face with Theo. Her eyes widened, she gasped, and backed up "what are you doing here!?!" she demanded, still unaware that she wasn't home.

Theo had been in the kitchen when he heard her wake and walked over to her door. He was about to knock on it when she appeared and practically screamed at him. He blinked, then used his pinky finger to pretend to clean out his ear, like her tone had made him deaf. "I'm sorry. But, what did you ask me?" Kirse was out hunting for some food.

Casey stard at him dumbly "I asked what you are doing in my home!!! Wait a minute... this... isn't my home... where the heck have you taken me!? You jerk!!!" she screeched at him.

Theo sighed and waited for her to realize she wasn't home. Then shook his head slightly. "You are at my place. Now, are you hungry? Kirse went hunting awhile ago and should be back soon."

"I'm not hungry" Casey replied. Her tratorous stomach decided to disagree with her statement as soon as she said that. "Well... I certainly don't want whatever he brings back. he'll probably poison it or something... if if he doesn't kill me, he wants to watch me wther in pain... he hates me. Why'd you bring me here anyway?" she asked him.

Theo looked at her sort of strangely. "Now, why would Kirse poison it? He's an animal, a bit smarter than most, but still an animal. I wouldn't worry about him poisoning your food." He then shrugged. "You're intriguing." That was the only reason he'd had for taking her. "Oh. And Kirse is angry at me right now, not you. So, you're safe." He winked and started off down the hall. He suddenly stopped and looked back at her. "Oh. And I wouldn't try to run off. You'd be dead in an hour out there." He wouldn't tell her why though. Let her squirm a little.

Casey narrowed her eyes "dead within an hur, huh? what does he think I am? some prissy city girl that can't handle herself in the forest? I'll show him. I ought to walk right past him out there, just to prove I can survive. I'm no prissy female" she muttered to herself and sat back down on the bed.

Theo knew she wouldn't like what he'd said, but also knew she wouldn't leave till at least she had a full stomach. Which was actually pretty smart. He smiled happily as Kirse came through the open back door and trotted into the kitchen. "Hello Kirse! What've you got for me?" Kirse growled at Theo, then dragged the deer up to him. "Wow. I was expecting maybe a bear." Theo teased.

Casey heard the door open and sghed, that probaly meant Kirse was back. She searched her room, no windows. That meant the only way in or out was the door that led to where Kirse and Theo were. She'd have to pass them in order to get out. She growled lightly and narrowed her eyes "I'll just do it tonight, then, when they're asleep" she mused and laid dwn, staring at the celing.

Theo laughed when Kirse growled at him again after he took the dead deer. "Really? You're not that scary." He took the deer to the side room, but left that door open and went to work on the deer, carving it up.

Casey heard the sounds of Theo carving up some type of meat. She willed the sun togo down so she could sneak out. Her traitorous stomach growed its frustration at having no food. "Oh, shut up!" she screamed. She was in a foul mood by what happened. She stood up, walked to the door, opened it, and peeked out into the hallway. I wonder what they would do if I came out... she thought to hersel and moved silently down the hallway. She stopped at the end, peering around the corner to look for Theo and Kirse.

When she peaked around the corner, Kirse's ears perked up and he barked once. Theo stuck his head out and smiled. "Hello. Would you like some soup? It'll be done in about a half hour."

Casey mad a disgusted face "I'd rather die" she said darkly. Once again, her traitorous stomach deemed it a good time to dissagree. She growled,turned around, and sat down in a chair now... why in the world would you kidnap me? I dont get it! What am I to you!?" she demanded to know.

Theo blinked, then looked a little confused. "Do you not want soup?" He didn't get that she was still mad at him. When she practically screamed at him, he sighed softly and washed his hands. "I do apologize for such rash actions....it was very irresponsible of me. I should've just asked if I could talk to you again in the future...not kidnap you." He sat in a chair across from her. "But...since I already have....I can't let you go. I've got a feeling that you'd be something important to me....for now at least..." He looked at her, hoping this was explaining.

Casey glared at him don't pull the whole sorry act! I knew I should've left the minute you walked into that clearing! Now my family is going to be wondering where I am! What are you talking about with this 'important to me' crap? I don't even know you!" she argued back.

Theo thought for a moment while she was yelling at him. If she didn't want him to act the way he felt, then he'd do it her way. He took a small breath and his whole attitude changed, he was quite an actor when he wanted to be. "That's right. You don't know me. But, you will for at least the next few days or you can stay in your room if you'd like. But, you will eat." He'd made his voice gruff and a little sharp, like he was annoyed.

Casey rased her eyebrow at the sudden attitude change " dare you to try and make me eat I don't care how hungry I am, I'd rather starve than eat whatever you cook. Just go ahead and try" she replied, a challenge in her voice.

Theo just grinned. "Niether me nor Kirse will see you go hungry." That's all he said before he turned and went back into the room with the cut up deer. He brought out a tray with small cubes of deer meat and dumped them into a pot with already hot water. Then he went out the back door to the garden to get some of the vegetables. Kirse sat by the door, looking sort of relaxed.

Casey rolled her eyes and relaxed into the chair "jerk" she muttered. She looked over at the door and rolled her eyes too relaxed for his own good, she mused as se watched Kirse. She sighed, stood up, and went back to her room. She barred it with everything. If Theo ws going to take th challenge, she was going to make sure he regretted it.

Theo came back in and saw her gone, then shrugged and carried an armload of vegetables and set them on the table. He cleaned them, then got a cutting board and knife and set to work. Theo would just give Kirse a couple big slices of meat with some steamed veggies stuffed into slices. Kirse didn't mind as long as it tasted like meat.

Casey laid on her bed, fighting back tears "jerk... taking me simply because he thought i'd be useful in the future. What kind of a reason is that?! Now mama and papa argoing to be worried about why I didn't come home, they'll get the villiage involved and they'll be worried. All for what? So that I can be useful to him?" she asked herself you like him, a voice in her mind said "I do not... hate him" she argued now you're argueing with yourself. Whether you like him or not, you think he's attractive, the voice said "I DO NOT!!!" she screamed out.
