"Well, I did mention food." Belle grinned. "Come on, let's go find food and then we can come back here and relax and read."

"Sounds like a plan to me," Andy replied.

Belle got up and headed out of their room and outside. She didn't see any food in her initial sweep of the buildings, but it was very possible she was missing something.

Andy glanced around as they walked. Finally, she spotted a tiny place crammed between two other buildings.

"I think I found a place," she said, gesturing to the little building.

"Cool. Let's go eat!" Belle headed inside, glancing around before going up to the counter to get her food.

Andy went with her into the building. It was just as small inside, but it felt cozy and friendly.

Belle ordered food and went to go sit down, enjoying the feel of the place.

Andy ordered her good as well, and went to sit with Belle.

"I like this place," she said. "We'll have to come here whenever we're in town."

Belle nodded. "Yeah, that sounds like a plan to me."

Andy finished her food pretty quickly.

"That was really good."

"Yeah, it was." Belle couldn't help but grin and settle her hands behind her head contentedly.

"Come on, let's head back to the room. So you can read."

"Alright," Andy replied. She wasn't going to object to new reading material.

Belle pulled out The Invisible Ring and kept reading, relaxing on the bed and glancing at her crew every so often to make sure they weren't killing each other.

Andy settled down on her bed and opened the new book to start reading.

Belle glanced at Thomas when he started playing with her hair but didn't object, just going back to reading.

Andy kept up a steady pace reading, until she blinked and did a double-take, caught off guard. She went back and read the section again, but it still didn't seem to make sense until she kept reading. Still, it took a few minutes for her expression to settle again.

Belle looked over at her before she laughed, shaking her head. She knew those moments very well.

Andy blinked when Belle's laughter broke her concentration.

"It seemed really random," she finally said, referring to the part that she did the double-take for.

"You get a number of those throughout the books," she said with a grin. "They're actually pretty fun, even if they are a bit repetitive."

"No, so far I got the one 'what the hell?' moment and a lot of 'hehe, this'll be good...' moments," Andy replied, turning her attention back to the book.

"There are several moments, in the other books at least, that just make you want to point and laugh." Belle smirked. "It's funny watching Ash with the others."

"What, because I'm the one who kicks their asses into shape once they go Dark-Hunter?" Ash asked with a raised eyebrow.

"And annoy the hell out of them with vagueness, yes."

"Shhh," Andy said distractedly. "Reading."

Belle and Ash both snickered and Ash moved over to sit next to Belle, not quite touching her. He just read over her shoulder whenever Daemon was mentioned; he wanted some background information, after all, and he wasn't going to read all the books just to get it.

After about two hundred pages, Andy slid a bookmark between the pages and set the book down.

"I think that's it for now," she commented, blinking a little.

Belle nodded wisely, while Acheron frowned at the book. He'd read it, kind of. He hadn't liked it, since he personally hadn't had it that bad.
