"That is true. Not to mention Dick Van Dyke. He's pretty amazing himself." Belle smiled.

"I miss Disney movies sometimes."

"I was raised on Disney movies," Andy agreed. "I miss them, too. Especially the older classics."

"Beauty and the Beast and Aladdin. All three of them." Belle sighed wistfully.

"The Little Mermaid, and the first two Beauty and the Beast," Andy replied. "And Aladdin." They had very similar taste in books and movies.

"I never liked The Little Mermaid as much. Although that might have something to do with the fact that in the original story she killed herself." Belle shrugged.

"I remember that," Andy agreed. "I had to do a report on it in school once, none of my classmates believed me when I said that she died."

Belle nodded. "Yeah. I told my mom that and she didn't believe me. I actually had to go look it up and show her before she'd admit I was right."

"And yet I still always loved the original tales," Andy said. "The original Beauty and the Beast was really good, although the ORIGINAL original Cinderella was kind of weird."

"Yeah, that's kind of normal. Brothers Grimm were kind of weird. And grim. They actually coined the term 'grim' because of those two."

"I know," Andy replied. "The Grimm brothers were the oldest of... I want to say seven, and they had to take care of their siblings because their parents died. They had to leave law school for it." She grinned. "I had to research them once."

"Ah, research. It can be so fun or such a pain in the ass." Belle shook her head. "I never really got to do fun research things. Unless I was doing it myself, of course."

"I got very few fun research projects," Andy said. "Though I hooked one of my English teachers on Black Jewels, that was fun."

"Yeah, I exchanged books with one of my teachers. That was great. And I gave her a whole book list." Belle grinned.

Andy sighed slightly.

"I almost kind of miss going to English class," she said. "Almost. I would never trade this place for it, though."

"Hmm... no. Not really. I would much prefer here, and even back then reading on my own was more fun."

"I have no intention of ever leaving," Andy said. She grinned. "Besides, keeping up with the reading is much more fun here."

"No kidding!" Belle said with a laugh. "And I'm pretty sure we'll be here for a long while yet."

"Right," Andy agreed. "Speaking of reading... Next Temeraire book has been announced, I think." She grinned. "Book seven already."

"I have the first three books in one tome. I have to get to reading them." Belle shrugged. "I'll get there eventually."

"I just have the first six books," Andy replied. She grinned. "I can't wait for the next one. I love how I never have to wait all that long for something new."

"Oh I know. And the more books I read, the more authors I collect, and the less time I have to wait between books."

"Oh yeah," Andy agreed. "It's fun like that." She stretched a bit. "It's starting to get a bit late..."

"You can go ahead and turn in, if you like," Belle said with a shrug. "I'm probably going to be readng for a little while."

"I might," Andy said. "Have fun reading."

"I will. Thanks." Belle smiled a little at her and settled down to read for a while.
