Belle was going around checking on her bishis, although she detoured to Eclipse first. She crouched in front of him, looking him over worriedly. "'Clipse?"

"I'm alright." Eclipse sat up slowly, looking rather pissed off. He did not like people messing with him or his trainer. "What happened?"

"I don't know! But someone took Mouse, and Andy says her Harry and Bob are gone, too."

Eclipse's eyes narrowed further. Oh he was going to very much enjoy bringing pain to these people, whoever they were.

Sesshoumaru was already pacing around the camp, looking for any unfamiliar scents. His eyes narrowed a bit when he found a pair that he didn't recognize.

"There were strangers here," he said. He didn't have to say that the strangers likely stole the bishounen. It was a given.

Belle's eyes narrowed at that, and Eclipse got up and walked over to Sesshomaru.

"Which direction?" he asked quietly. He figured Sesshomaru could track, and he could blow things up. He liked that thought.

Sesshoumaru gestured in the direction the unfamiliar scents went. The scents were still fairly fresh, and he would be able to follow them easily.

"We need to break down camp quickly, then," Lucivar said. "We can't let them get too far ahead." Meaning they couldn't let them hit the three-mile mark before the girls could get the missing bishounen back. He gestured to the rest of Andy's group and they nodded, breaking down Andy's half of the camp quickly.

The rest of Belle's bishis scrambled to help as well, getting everything put away and stored again in record time. Belle was fairly sure she saw them all just dumping things in whatever PD rooms were open, but it worked. It was fast, and they could sort it all out later.

Eclipse waited somewhat impatiently, going over to Belle and pulling her into his side. He could tell she was upset, and he did not like that.

Andy was staying close to Sesshoumaru. She was already trying to figure out which direction Harry was in, and she was getting frantic as it didn't work.

"Belle," she said, "I don't know where they are. This isn't right, I don't know where Harry and Bob are. I should be able to tell and I can't."

"I can't either." Belle let out a wordless growl of frustration, hiding behind anger. It was safer than fear.

"Alright, we're done. Want me to get Dejaal to help track them down?" Thomas looked over at Belle. "Might be faster. No offense, Sess."

"Might as well."

Andy nodded.

"Kaelas can help, too," she said. She glanced at her group, and they all nodded to her and disappeared, except for Sesshoumaru and Kaelas.

"The scents lead in that direction," Sesshoumaru said, gesturing off to one side of the camp.

"Then let's go," Andy said.

Eclipse and Dejaal stayed out, Dejaal trotting up next to Kaelas to start tracking. He liked the bigger cat, but he also commanded a certain respect. And now wasn't the time to get into a playful tumble, either. Maybe later.

Eclipse walked next to Belle, keeping an arm around her as they followed the three away from camp, going farther into the woods. Hopefully this would be over soon so Belle could relax again.

Sesshoumaru kept an arm around Andy, as well, as they walked. He trusted Kaelas as a tracker, and would only take over if he caught the scent moving in a different direction.

Kaelas also knew that this wasn't the time for any sort of friendly competition like the cats would usually have. This was more important that proving he was the better-trained hunter. Once this crisis was overwith, then they could go back to that. Until then, he would work with Dejaal properly.

Dejaal kept up with Kaelas easily, since they were going human speed for the moment, and kept following the scent. At least until they split; one went one direction, the other at a slightly different angle, but both headed towards a particularly large tree a few hundred yards ahead.

Sesshoumaru caught the split in scents as well, even though both scents seemed to converge on the same ancient tree. He glanced at Eclipse, gesturing subtly to the tree.

Eclipse nodded and motioned for the others to wait, going over to investigate the tree. It only took him a few moments to find a door in the side of the tree, and he blew it off its hinges, holding fire in one hand as he walked inside very calmly. A few moments later a few more things blew up as he started blowing apart every door he came across, somehow managing to not hurt any other bishi.

Andy jumped at the first explosion, and at the second. It was eerily familiar to the last time she and Belle had been captured, except this time it seemed to be the other way around. She desperately wanted to go in and find her bishies, but she wasn't sure if it was safe yet.

Belle watched worriedly as bishis started evacuating the lair. Several of them barely glanced at the two trainers, although a few moved into a little group off to the side to watch the destruction. And if they looked rather gleeful about that... Well, Belle didn't blame them.

Finally, she spotted a normal-colored Harry Dresden coming out with a shiny Mouse, and sighed in relief. Those had to be hers and Belle's. There was no other reason a normal Harry would be kept with a group of shinies. She was still worried, though. She still couldn't 'feel' Harry. There was no trainer bond there.

Belle looked over at Mouse with a grin, but that faded when she noticed she couldn't feel her trainer bond with him. She blinked a few times, surprised, and looked over at Andy.

"Is it just me, or is something still wrong here?"

"Something is still wrong here," Andy replied. She looked at Belle. "You can tell too. So it's not just me."

Belle nodded, looking at Mouse again. He sat in front of her, watching her with far too intelligent eyes. "There's no connection like there should be."

"Harry," Andy said, "what happened? Where's Bob?"

"I'm here," Bob's muffled voice came from Harry's pocket.

"They recaptured us," Harry said. Andy blinked, but before she could ask, he continued, "when they stole us, they broke the balls we were in, and captured us in their own."

"That shouldn't be possible," Andy replied immediately. "Nobody but the trainer can break his or her own bishiballs. They're made the way they are specifically for that reason, and so trainers can find their wayward bishies." She looked at Belle.

"Well, we figured the shiny glitch was a system glitch, right? From the last time the system crashed? So maybe that's part of the glitch. That other trainers can break the balls." Belle looked rather disturbed at that. "Which would make this all a giant free-for-all."

"That's horrifying," Andy replied, her eyes going a bit wide. "Trainers just being able to steal from one another." Now the question was how they would fix the situation at hand. Because Andy sure as hell wasn't just going to leave her bishies in the hands of someone else.

Belle frowned. "I guess we have to make the trainers either let go of the bishis, or go get their balls and break them ourselves." She grimaced at the thought. It didn't settle right with her, doing that, even though the bishis had been stolen from them.

Andy grimaced as well, but she didn't see any other choice. She wasn't going to leave Harry and Bob the way they were, and she doubted the thieves would let the bishies go willingly.

Belle looked over at the tree again. A few more bishis had emerged, and most of them were now either a little ways away ready to run as soon as they were freed or watching the hideout burn. Eclipse came out a few moments later, two floating bubbles behind him, one theif in each bubble. He carried their bishi belts. There were three belts between the two of them, since apparently they'd gathered more bishis than would fit on two belts.
