Andy was also amazed.

"I think so, too," she said. "I wonder if I can get my guys to take lessons from you or something, Seth, because that's just..." She trailed off, at a loss for words.

"My sisters used to think so too," Seth said with an easy grin.

"Sisters?"

"Yup. Three of 'em. All older and moved out." Seth shook his head a little.

"I had a younger brother," Andy said. "By now, he'd be sixteen. I don't think I could survive three brothers, so I don't know how you survived three sisters."

"Six-year gap between me and the youngest sister," Seth said with a little smile. "And I avoided their fights like the plague so I wouldn't get in trouble."

"My brother and I fought all the time, but it was more arguing just to argue. We enjoyed it," Andy said. "Dull was the day when we didn't fight over something."

Seth chuckled and nodded. "Yes, they used to squabble like chickens. It was very amusing to watch, so long as none of them turned on me for help or defense."

"Not getting in the middle of THAT mess, I take it," Andy said, then she sighed a bit. "I still kind of miss it, sometimes. Not that they even know who I am right now, but still. I bet my brother is enjoying being an only child."

"I dunno. I had a good friend who was an only child, and she wished she had a sibling." Belle shrugged. "Sometimes, anyway."

Andy shrugged.

"It's not like we can talk to anyone on the outside," she pointed out, "since none of them remember us." She shook her head. "Alright, this is getting depressing. Next topic!"

Belle chuckled a little. "So where do we want to go after this?"

"I don't know about you two, but there are some movie and book characters that I'd like to get," Seth said. "So I guess movie territory first."

"Sounds good to me."

"The movie territories sound good to me," Andy agreed. "I'll have to think about what movies I particularly liked, aside from Avatar, to see if I want anyone from them."

Belle snickered. "Well we can always just go through whatever happens to be there and if we see someone we like we run after them like hell until we catch them."

"Is that your strategy?" Seth asked dryly.

"Yup. That's what I did my first few times."

"I'm not so much into running," Andy said. "I usually liked to hide behind trees and such. That's how I found my first few."

Belle nodded. "Yeah, I figured out that waiting and watching works a lot better than crashing through the trees announcing your presence to everything within a hundred yards, or more."

"Yeah," Andy said. "I had that problem the first few days, before I figured I should probably stick closer to the paths."

Belle chuckled and nodded. "See all the trouble you've been saved, Seth?"

"Apparently so," Seth said with a little grin. "Who ever knew that people could get into so much trouble?"

"I did. I knew I'd get into trouble, I just didn't know how long it would take me."

"Keep in mind, people usually arrive a lot younger than you are," Andy said to Seth. "I mean, I was sixteen when I got here, and I've met some trainers as young as fourteen before."

"It's probably easier for them to adapt to this lifestyle when they're younger," Seth said softly. "The older you get, the more set in your ways you are, the more stubborn you get. Up to a certain age, anyway." He shrugged.

"To a certain point, yeah," Andy agreed. "Then again, I'm not as stupid now as I was when I was sixteen, which is probably a good thing."

Seth laughed a little. "This is true," he aceded with a smile.

Belle snorted. "Yeah, I know I've gained quite a bit of intelligence since then," she said with a grin. "Part of the growing up process."

Seth nodded. "Exactly."

Andy grinned.

"Reminds me of that song, Back When I Knew It All, by Mongomery Gentry," she said. "Either of you ever heard it?"

"I have, I think," Seth said. "It sounds familiar, at least."

"Nope." Belle shook her head. "Totally lost."

"It's a country song," Andy said. "Not many people our age are into country, so I'm not really surprised. Pretty much it's about how he thought he knew everything when he was younger, and as he got older he realized he had no effing clue."

Belle snickered. "Amen to that," she muttered, shaking her head a little. "Amen to that."

Andy grinned a bit and leaned back against the wall, watching her bishies. She was officially out of things to talk about, so eithe Seth or Belle would have to bring up a topic.
