"Temmy," Andy called as the dragons paddled closer to shore, "think you can try to find us some fish?"

"Of course," Temeraire nodded. Lien nodded as well, and then both paddled back out to do some fishing.

Seth looked over at Olivia.

"What?" Olivia demanded.

"Everyone else is contributing to dinner," Seth said, though he was holding back a grin.

"Alright. I'll go find some whiskey then."

Belle nearly choked on air at that.

Andy raised an eyebrow. She wasn't familiar with the character, so she wasn't sure if the bishoujo was joking or not.

Olivia smiled faintly. "I'll save it for later," she said. "You never know when you'll need a drink."

Seth chuckled. "You would know," he teased.

"You would too if you'd dealt with three Walter Bishops at the same time."

"Oh that sounds incredibly funny and incredibly bad," Belle said.

"Very."

"That just sounds like it has a story behind it," Andy said.

"Well, Walter is known for being rather scatter brained, insane, but absolutely brilliant," Olivia said. "I helped three of them with an experiment once. They created a miniature teleportation device, only their teleportation device, when we tested it, made the watermellon explode. Needless to say, they were not allowed to work together for a while after that."

"Interesting," Andy replied. "That sounds vaguely like something out of Warehouse 13, or Eureka. Maybe I should figure out how to stream TV through my trainer gear or something."

Belle chuckled. "That would be so much fun," she said with a grin. "Not to mention just awesome."

Kurama jogged up to her again, carrying a small bag full of berries. "This enough?"

"Looks good to me. Now all we need are the fish."

As if on cue, Lien landed on the beach with a fish. Compared to the dragon, the fish was small, but when she laid it on the sand, Andy could see that the fish would easily feed the group.

"Thanks, Li Li," Andy said. The white dragon just nodded and went back to join Temeraire. Andy grinned and shook her head a bit. "She totally has a thing for Temmy, I know it."

Belle laughed a little. "Well, we better get to work getting a fire going and cleaning this off and cooking it. Let's see, what else do we have... we can have rice with it, or potatoes."

"Potatoes." Seth spoke up. "Potatoes are good."

"Not rice," Andy agreed. "Anything but rice."

"Potatoes it is, then." Belle put her pack down and got out the potatoes, working on peeling them. "Someone go start a fire."

Seth chuckled but went to go get rocks to put in a circle to contain the fire.

Andy nodded and went to help him.

"Because, you know, between us we have two fire demons and she says 'someone start a fire'," she joked as she helped with the fire pit.

Seth laughed, putting two rocks down. "Obviously she's not thinking. Or maybe she just expects you to get your Hiei to do it. I mean, who knows how her mind works?"

Andy shrugged.

"It's not a problem to get him to light a fire," she said.

"Olivia, can you help find some wood? Thanks." Seth put the last two rocks into place in the circle and went to go find wood to burn. "Well have him ready when we come back."

Andy nodded.

"Right," she said. She squeaked slightly in surprise when Sess wrapped his arms around her from behind. "Don't scare me like that," she said, leaning into the embrace.

"My apologies," he replied.

Seth returned with some wood, Olivia carrying some as well. They both dumped their loads into the circle before they went to go get more, tactfully not saying anything.

Before Andy could say anything, Sess glanced at Andy's Hiei, who nodded and immediately set the wood alight. Andy grinned and cuddled into Sess' arms. The two moved off to the side so they weren't in the way of the fire for whoever was cooking.

Belle walked over and set a pan down, putting the neatly-sliced potatoes in the pan to cook, and then started cleaning the fish to cook as well. She hummed to herself as she worked, heedless of everyone around her. Eclipse watched her to make sure she didn't hurt herself and in case she needed help.

Andy watched absently as Belle worked. She was sure that the other trainer was a much better cook, so she left the cooking to her. She grinned when she heard Belle humming, but didn't say anything.

Belle got the fish cleaned and set it over the fire to cook, still humming to herself. She flipped the potatoes too, keeping an eye on everything.

Andy relaxed against Sess. It had been a stressful day, and this was about as close to 'relaxing on the beach' as she was going to get. Everyone was more at ease than they were earlier, which was good. Glancing out over the water, she made sure her dragons weren't going too far and grinned when she saw them cuddling.

Belle pulled the food away when it was done, starting to slice up the fish into single servings for people. "Okay, whoever wants food needs to come and get it." She set some food on a plate, leaving the plate for someone to grab.

Seth went and got food for himself and Olivia, handing her one plate and taking a seat a little ways away from the others so they wouldn't have to worry about getting sand in their food.

Getting up, Andy got a plate for herself and a plate for Sess.

"It looks great, Belle," she said. "Way better than anything I can make."
