"Oh boy." Belle shook her head. "This is going to be interesting."

"We may as well stop here for now," Andy said. "The stream is right there, and it's not like we're really out in the open or anything."

"True." Belle took off her pack and settled down there, stretching out briefly. "Alright. Shall we set up rooms or just sleeping bags in case some idiot wanders off?"

"Either is fine with me," Andy replied. "I don't think any of mine are dumb enough to go wandering into the territory, but still."

"Alright." Belle set up Eclipse's room and yawned briefly before she set up a fire so they could cook dinner.

"I think we'd better stick to noodles tonight. I don't think I'd trust anything here to eat."

"Agreed," Andy replied, helping with the fire. She didn't really want to go looking for anything tonight either.

Belle set up the pot to cook the noodles in, getting out packets of ramen for them. She stretched out again, cracking her back, before she dumped the noodles in.

Once the noodles were going, Andy took the time to really look around.

"You know, if we weren't trapped here, this place would actually be really pretty," she commented.

"Yeah, it would. It actually is pretty. We'll have to come back sometime so we can actually enjoy it."

Belle smiled a little and finished getting out bowls for them all.

"Maybe once we know where the exit is," Andy agreed.

"Yeah." Belle sighed and portioned out the noodles.

Andy noticed Belle's mood dropping.

"What's wrong?" she asked. "Don't try to bullshit me and say nothing."

"I actually don't know. I just feel kinda... bleh." Belle shrugged. "I guess I'm not used to wandering around in a territory that doesn't want to let us out. Ask Eclipse, I'm something of a control freak."

"I'm willing to bet we won't be trapped here too long," Andy said. "I'm not too worried. We'll either find a way out, or someone will take pity on us."

"Probably." Belle shrugged off her mood and ate her noodles. "At least there's no face-eating demons waiting for us that we know of."

"As I'm pretty sure nobody would want to program the Eater of the World into the territory, I think we're safe as far as that goes," Andy replied. "As long as no Sebastian gets it into his head to throw lightning at us, I think we're okay."

"I haven't heard that part before," Belle said, raising her eyebrows. "Sebastian can throw lightning?"

Andy grinned and nodded.

"Yeah," she said, "about halfway through the first book, it's really cool."

"Ooooo. Nice." Belle grinned.

"You know, you're really making me want one now."

Andy grinned.

"Because Sebastian is awesome like that," she said.

"No kidding." Belle grinned.

"Oh, by the way, Lucivar gets a hug. He's in the salt mines now, in the book."

"You haven't seen the worst of Pruul yet, trust me," Andy replied. "Wait till you see what the slime mold does." She grinned. "Though by all means, try to hug him, I did the same thing the first time I re-read the books after I got here."

"...What do you mean, 'try'?" Belle asked, raising her eyebrows.

"In case you didn't notice," Andy replied, "he's not really that cuddly. He'll put up with it, but I don't think he actually likes his personal space being invaded."

Belle shrugged. "It's only once in a while. One hug and then he can go back to skulking and plotting."
