I logged into my mule for the first time in pretty much safe to say a year. I just found my password in one of my old pendrives where I store a lot of my personal information.

I was wondering why is the account banned for "no reason specified"? I remember reading something about an email glitch or something like that, kind of wanted to confirm it. Also, I attempted to at least change her password to something easier to remember, as well as I wanted to change the email if possible as I don't recall her current email used on her.

Personally, I don't request support via email. I didn't think it would be such a hassle to explain what I've already explained here that can be situated the same way as if I PM'd a fellow Assistant Administrator.

Ayx it would help if you responded to PM questions, so we knew what was going on. I asked you if you'd emailed support and you didn't reply to me. If you'd responded and told me that you hadn't then I could have got this sorted out for you days ago :)

Not to mention that if you had done as I had asked days ago since it is the process you are suppose to follow, it would have been sorted by now.
