Sweeney Todd is a good show. =) If I was staying in theatre I think it'd definitely be on the list of musicals I'd like to be in some day.
Other than that I want desperately to be in Jesus Christ Superstar and Les Mis. Also, Company. I would kill someone to be Robert in Company.

Ahhh, I meant to go see that last year but I got my dates wrong and missed it. D: I've never seen it. I don't even know what it's about.

I love Meisner. We started learning it this year when we went to a festival, and it really seems to help. I can never get my emotion right for it, so repeating it over and over really helps me. But we haven't completely learned all of it, or done it that often (since it was new to my teacher, too).

Sforzando, Maureen is by far the oddest character in that show. I never really understood her. The one thing about her I like though is that I don't think anyone could do that damn protest show without being pretty unique.
And isn't the feather duster named Babette?
Actually, I think you're right. Her name is Babette. Once again, I get names wrong.

I'm not sure why I like Maureen. She's just so...alluring.

Nice, i'm looking forward to learning Meisners method because I really cant cry on cue and I want to bring the lines to life and make it seem believable, with more feeling.

Crying on stage is bad. It doesn't work. That's one thing I've learned over time. It's way more interesting and emotional to see someone not want to cry than to just cry. Once they're crying it's just real and it borders cheesy instead of intensely emotional.

My college drama teacher taught us that to fake cry, you need to try and hold it back. It's not going to look real unless you attempt to hold it back.
