The scene was hilarious haha! She was dying her stuff because Smith apparently liked it more natural but she found a gray and was going to pluck it but then thought twice because when you pluck, three more pop up blah blah blah and ended up turning it into an orange clown costume.

Round 3 Winner Announcement!

So this week you all produced quite a variety of interesting avatars, and I was really pleased to see such fantastic entries. However, a couple of them stood out to me immediately, and I'll be giving prizes to those particular avatars this week. :D

Well, I'll start off by saying that I'm not a huge Regina Spektor fan, but even so, I watched the video, and was pleased that you got your inspiration not only from the image I selected, but from a song that reminded you of the photo. :D Now THAT's what I call inspiration! :XD

I think you kept it simple, which was good for this image IMO, as it's fairly stark and simplistic. I also like the skin/haircolor combination, as it makes the outfit more prominent. I think if you had white skin/black hair or something like that, it wouldn't have the same nice effect that it does here.

While yes, the photo is all black and white, I think the colored birds really add something to this avatar and make it pop/stand out. It caught my eye from the minute you entered, so I think this avatar is quite deserving of this week's prize. :D Congrats! Please let me know if you'd like gold, or an iridescent squid hat. :yes:


I also have a runner up this week, and it's PlatinumChild. Congrats! I just liked the layering and overall look of this avatar, and while it's significantly more complex than the simplistic feeling I get from the photo, I think it's a lovely avatar all around. :D Nice job!

heheehe. I knew this one would make for some interesting entries. I had something more abstract originally, but decided against it. You guys will probably see some pretty random images from me, so be prepared. XP I may even post a comic or blog entry or something someday though, if I'm feeling adventurous. XP

I love making rainbow avatars.

I'm all flowy and sh-tuff. I'm all for bold colors but it's the flowyness of the image that really got me. Still, it's pretty funny as an avatar, somewhat..

I wish we could make our items iridescent, it would be easier to make it look like the image.
But oh well, I'm happy with my entry ^^
