As for the Comedy Show - cute idea but how would you implement it?
Instead of a Strip Club, what about a Burlesque Show...or a Vaudeville kind of thread. Like show your talent? It could be a talent competition of somesorts? Maybe I just have this idea from watching to much America's Got Talent.

I did have an idea with the strip club though. What about a game that involves stripping (for example poker)? Everyone who plays starts out with x amount of clothes and has to take of a piece everytime they lose.

I have no idea. When you brought up the idea I had no idea how you would do it. I tried to think up ideas but sadly I think my brain died and is not doing any creative thought right now.
Not really since there aren't really any casino themed items.
I'm thinking we are going with a casino theme with each thread being a "room" with a different theme. So if you want to think of a theme that would work you can try to get stuff to fit it.

Maybe like...money was stolen from the casino. The people who signs up is the suspect/detective. There was a tape where you hear the person say THE word.
You 'follow' that person to 'hear' the word from the tape. Or something like that.

...What about slots? Idea of how it could work below:

I would have small, simple themed images, probably pixeled, either by myself or bought from a pixel artist on Mene. I would be talking normally to the people who came into the thread, and at my discretion, I would randomly post a pixel image into one of my posts. People would have to quote it and still be talking like normal!
The first person to quote three of the same images would win a set prize. Second person would win another prize, third a different prize, and so on. Probably have up to five or so set prizes? People could come into the thread and sign up to play on the spot, or just automatically play.
Note that I kind of derived "inspiration" from a game M i r o set up, so if we decided to go with this idea, I'd want to ask her if I could use this version, since I know she wants to continue the game during events.

People would sign up to play beforehand, and there would be a limited number of player spaces. They would be individually required to make a blog for the game. A set number of times a day--not too few as to be boring, but not so many I and everyone get stressed out-- I would post a random word, topic, or phrase; maybe casino-related, maybe not. The players would then write a blog post based on and\or including the random word\phrase that I posted, and link me so I could read the post.
I would then "score" the post based on a pre-determined set of guidelines made apparent to the players before-hand... Or, I would make my scoring system a mystery to the players, and they would have to figure it out for themselves, and that would be partly the goal of the game (the other goal to get a good "scoring" on their blog posts)? If we went the latter route, I'd probably want to post the word\phrase more often per day.
Or, there could be a "daily theme," and players would have to guess what it was based on the words\phrases applying to the theme that I would post?
...Gonna stop before I start just posting random rambly things.
...And now that I think about it, I'm not sure how this idea is casino-related. O__o;;

Hey Goblin what about if you did something like the Gamble game that Seito does, but make it more like slots?
It would work out something like you have a set number if different images and each one is worth a different amount of points and maybe one doesn't give points. Then for each round you would give players so long to post what three numbers they want. The numbers ranging 1-5 or 6. When the round is ending announce that you'll be pulling the lever on the slot machine, or something along those lines. After that has been announced post 5 or 6 images. Some rounds will have images that up to three match and others none will match. If the player matches any of the images in the round they get bonus points along with their regular points.
