But for this raffle, it's unlimited, while the fan is limited to a certain number of tickets per person? Perhaps 10 or something?

The fan will be raffled by playing the contests/games. People will get one slot for posting in the Welcoming Thread (lotto thread), and so many for joining each contest or game.

Like I said, I haven't got a clue how much it'll cost - it doesn't give me that information :(

That sounds like it could be controlled well - that way there's a max amount of tickets and so 1 person can't have like, 50+ tickets while everyone else has like, 10 lol
