Using the Venetian (cause its pretty and for an example) you can have just about everything for a theme, dress and so forth. Can dress extremely formal, Galleria, to very informal the, Pool Garden or Cabanas(like a bathing suit or something).

@Silver- I would prefer not to have it almost a year from now. Mainly because any user event that plans that long always seems to dye. No one wants to commit to a year in the future. Which means the runner goes crazy trying to figure everything out.
We have lots of people saying now they will help but in a years time there is a huge chance that people forget or leave.
When people leave we have to replan that host and thread. I would really rather not plan the same event 20 times.

If we can't find another time that people agree with I guess it will be around then though.

I guess we just have to come to a decision about this and run with it and see how it turns out. If we decide to do it in November and it flops, at least we'll know why based on personal experience.

and then we can try to start it up again during the summer, some part of prizes would already be gathered and stuff.

have a smaller one in November

If we have it in the summer we could possibly buy things like crowns and masks as big prizes to give out.

Hello event planners. I quiet like this idea for a casino, it sounds really fun! I was considering offering my help for the previous event but never got around to it.. Anyways maybe I'll make up for it now. :P

Workload pending I'd be willing to offer my Photoshop/Illustrator/Some Other Adobe Product services in aiding for designing signage and working with your chosen theme. (Banners and such)

I don't know how formal you guys are about this stuff but I could probably dig up some examples of my work if you'd like.

I would rather not do both right now.

Erm, I don't know. I am kind of leaning towards summer, but I know how often things changed during these last three months of planning for FoF so it seems a little crazy idea.

Of course give me a few minutes to optimize for web and upload to a free hosting service.

Edit : I have not made anything specifically for banners for web sites yet but I am studying design and am fully capable of arranging banners for you guys.

@Rainy- Yeah, I am really worried about that.
But it would be really cool to have something really big.
And then we will not be frantic about getting things.
