Make the cloud frosting.
Put it in the piping bag.
Stick it in the fridge.
Level the last cake and then stick it in the fridge since it won't fit on the stand. (The two layers almost touch the top, already. Haha.)

I mean.
I made the second cake layer half green, half yellow.
When pouring it/leveling the batter, the green sunk into the middle of the yellow and the yellow rose up around the sides.
So it looks like there's only a little green, but upon leveling the cake, I discovered the green is pretty close the top of the layer in the middle.

But I'll see it when I cut into it tomorrow.
